She is always fair and true,
and you will see her
out of the blue.
and, somehow,
she will help you.
She will have done,
nobody harm.
Yet,
she cannot escape
the tight grip on her arm.
She is manipulated into
believing,
having taken,
an emotional beating.
Her life may not be perfect,
but she makes the most of it,
working hard
and hiding true feelings.
She finds it hard to trust,
anyone who crosses her path,
yet she is gentle as a lamb,
and soft as a petal.
Because of this,
she may seem closed off.
She'll keep from you,
how she really feels,
but don't take it personal,
just try to get in harder.
She stands for what she believes in,
standing strong,
putting up fronts so not to be strung along.
She might overthink everything
and worry over nothing,
but you will love her all the same.
She won't think she is worth it,
but you will prove to her that she is,
helping her blossom into
an even more beautiful flower.
She will change your life forever,
maybe even for the better,
and what makes it worthwhile?
You'll change her life too,
tearing down her walls
to replace them
with real security.
She will feel safer, stronger with you
she'll learn that she is worth it,
beautiful too,
and the funny thing is,
she'll learn all that from you.
She will stay herself,
just expressing it more,
showing off her style,
her strength,
her beauty,
all the while
changing the world.
So you better not use her,
or mentally abuse her,
you had better keep her close
for just as fast as you can tear down a wall,
another can be built,
a thousand times stronger than before.
Remember these words,
when
you meet your girl:
"People change people."
I learned that from a show,
Girl Meets World.
It's true you know?
She will change you and
you will change her.
It is just up to you
to help her,
reach out to her,
even if she doesn't
reach out to you first.
So now you know,
when you find your Cinderella,
you better treat her right,
or her dad will come back
and...
threaten you with a shot gun.
