I will be showing you how to create the image above.
Step 1.
Open Superimpose, and go to Import Background.
Select 'Pick Color'. I suggest white, but it's up to you.

Step 2.
Next, go to import Foreground.
For this I just found a random PNG of a girl online.

Step 3.
Go to Filter and turn down 'Exposure' all the way if you are using a light background, or if you're using a dark background, turn 'Exposure' and 'Brightness' up fully.

Mess around with the position and size.
Merge and save.
Step 4.
Choose a picture of a city as your foreground. Make sure the picture is tall and wide.

Go to Transform, and change the size of the image so it covers the entire person.

Click on the Settings button in the top right, and select screen.

Merge and Save.
Step 5.
Open up Phonto, choose a Filter and font.
