This tutorial was based off of some of the PLL books.
Step 1.
Open up any background you want, and then your PNG.
Adjust the size and position of it.

Merge.
Step 2.
Open up the following image as your foreground:

Place it over your PNG, and then go to mask. This is where it will get tricky to understand.
Using the smooth brush, erase over the areas of the ribbon-like image that you think should look like they should be behind the PNG.

Step 4. (optional)
Go to Filter, and turn the contrast all the way down, then go to the next tab like thing, and mess around with the colours.
Merge and then export to photos.
Step 5.
Open up your image in Phonto, and then add your text.
