Step 1.
Open up the image below as your background in Superimpose:

Step 2.
Next, open up your PNG, and place it over the background.
You may want to reduce the opacity, to make step 3 easier.

Step 3.
Go to Mask, and begin to slowly go over the areas that are out of the circle with the smooth brush.

Do this until all areas are covered up. If you make a mistake, simply use the erase tool to cover it up.
Step 4.
Turn up the opacity again.

Merge and export to photos.
Step 5.
Open up your image in PicsArt, and add a filter if you want.
You may also want to use an Artistic effect.

Press the checkmark, add your title and you're done!
