Step 1.
Open up your blank image in PicsArt or Superimpose.
Then open up your PNG.

Place it where you want then merge.
Step 2.
Open up the following image as your foreground:

Place it where you want on the PNG, and choose Screen in the blend mode.
Make sure there is no black and all of your PNG is covered.

Step 3.
Go to Mask (or Erase if you're in PicsArt) and, using the smooth brush, erase the top part of the drip. By that I mean the part blocking the face.

When you finish, merge and save.
Step 4.
Add your text in Phonto, and you're done!
