"AGAIN" Derek roared as Isaac withered on the ground. Derek's powerful voice which accommodated is intimidating red eyes that deemed him the Alpha scared the betas before him yet he never gave up.

When it came to the real issue they had to face, Derek would rather have them scared and ready than comfortable and weak. Isaac jumped back up and jogged over to the starting position of their little route they created.

You sat in the shadows observing the younglings running around like beheaded chickens. You winced as Derek grabbed Isaac's neck and slammed him on the pavement. You sighed as you kept seeing no progress, only more bone being broken with less time to heal. From the corner of your eye you saw Erica couching waiting to pounce on your unaware boyfriend yet you knew he figured she was there.

"AGAIN ISAAC! USE THE GIFT, USE THE ABILITY GIVEN. CHANNEL THAT ANGER YOU'RE FEELING AND GET PAST THE LITTLE BOY STUCK IN THE FRIDGE." You grimaced at the last comment knowing that was a bit harsh though it seemed to work. Isaac growled which seemed to frighten Boyd who was simply a bystander.

Isaac charged towards Derek who rolled his eyes and pinned him down with one hand. Isaac grunted and laid on the floor feeling the urge to give up until Erica moved from her spot and pounced on Derek's back. He flung her off his back and threw her right next to an exhausted Isaac.

"Can you at least try be unpredictable? huh? " You smirked at your boyfriend's exasperated tone knowing he was slightly tired and aggravated. You saw Erica jump up from her spot and she clinged to Derek like a parasitic leech.

Her lips attached to his like glue and you watched him furrow his eyebrows in annoyance. Derek pushed her off and growled intimidating. Your eyes turned the icy cold blue they were as you watched her scan Derek like he was a piece of meat she wanted.

"That is the LAST time you do that!" He ran his fingers through his hair as she scoffed breathlessly.

"Why because i'm a beta?" You got up from your seat and exited the shadows. Your heels clicked against the pavement as your hips swayed from side to side. All eyes were on you and Derek smiled at you timing knowing jealousy got the best of you.

"No... not because you're a beta. It's because you're not me." You walked up to your boyfriend and wiped his lips. You placed your arms around his neck and he gave you his killer smile that made you weak at the knees.

"Hey baby, miss me?" You saw Derek's eyes glow red before he growled slightly.

"Always" You tilted your head and touched his pink soft lips with yours. You felt the sensation of anger and jealousy emitted from Erica while from Isaac.... all you got was hunger for Mexican food. You pulled away and winked at Erica who seemed to dislike you for some odd reason.

"So these are the new Betas. How's training going?" You extended your hand and helped Isaac up as well as Erica. Her eyes glowed yellow as she met you face to face and yours glowed blue. She seemed confused by the colour of your eyes and she pulled away.

"Slow maybe you'll have better luck with them babe?" Derek kissed your temple and sat down on one of the crates as you kept talking.

"I saw... you know Einstein once said that insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. That's what's happening here, now I'm going to help you the same way Der and the others helped me, the tough way. Any questions?" Both teens put their hands up and you smiled. You pointed at Erica who kept avoiding your eyes.

"Why are your eyes blue?" Derek sprung up and roared at Erica who whined and fell at her Alphas vicious move. You touched his chest immediately retracting his fangs and you patted his firm chest.
