What can you say, being a doctor by the age of 17 could be tough, especially if you work at night shift, which you did.

But today was Saturday, you and you mentor, Melissa was called in due to the lack of doctor and nurses.

You just finished treating a patient and currently laughing and relaxing with Melissa in the lounge when one of the receptionist burst in through the door.

"We have an accident on set, don't know how many injured, they say it's critical!"

"Where?" you questioned standing up.

"Beacon Hills High School. Polices are standing by."

"My son.." Melissa mumbled as you nodded.

Once you arrived the police immediately went to you.

"Annual school party, they're celebrating their 10 years of Beacon Hills High in a small concert when the top of the stage fell off and hit a couple of students in the front row." The police reported as you hurried to the set.

"Everybody move out of the way!" You yelled once you saw students surrounding a male and female lying on the ground.

They made a way as Melissa breath in relief seeing that is wasn't his son and went to the female.

The male? uh, bad condition. He got a piece of metal sticking out of abdomen.

"Okay, what's your name?" you questioned preparing some items beside you.

"Liam." The boy whimpered.

"Please you got to help him." Another boy with uneven jaw was now beside Liam.

"Okay, Liam I want you to breath for me, nice and easy." You said examining the wound carefully before cutting his shirt open.

"I can't, i-it hurts." He cried.

"How long is the medic going to arrive?!" you questioned the sheriff behind you.

"5-7 minutes!"

"That's too long- Alright, I want you to listen to me carefully-" you paused as he nodded rapidly. "I'm going to pull out the piece of metal out of you or there will be a chance you're going to die from the lack of blood." You said.

"You want to help?" You questioned the other boy as he nodded. "Alright hold him down."

"Are you ready?" You look at Liam before looking at the other boy as the two nodded.

"Okay, in 3, 2, 1." You said as you pull out the metal and Liam yelled in pain.

You immediately grab the gauze and wrap it around the wound as the medic arrived and transfered him to the bed before bringing him the ambulance.

You went into the ambulance along with the boy from before. You install a drip on Liam's left arm before installing a small heartbeat monitor and taking a deep breath.

The boy beside you kept on looking at you.

"What?"

"You look to young to be a doctor."

"You're right, I'm 17." You said.

"Wow, btw I'm Scott. Scott McCall." He smiled reaching his hand out which you gladly took.

"Y/N. Y/N Y/L/N I bet your proud to have your mother."

"You know her?"

"Yeah, she's was my mentor. Now she works as my assistant."

"I'm proud but..she's not always at home at night" He sighed.

"I worked in the night shift too."
