"Can you move them all?" Uhura asked as the shuttle was loaded with the 73 cryo tubes. "I mean, there is 73 of them, and they're not the lightest things."

"I have a hover carriage, I'll be fine." I said standing by the shuttle. "Besides, no one can come with me anyway."

"What if something bad happens?" Uhura said worrying.

"I'll be fine. They're ice cubes." The shuttle shut, and I got into the drivers seat. "I'll be back before dark."

Uhura looked unhappy I was leaving, but she nodded, and I took off. As soon as I was in the air, I put the shuttle on stealth mode, just so that no one could follow, and that my location that I was going was completely secret.

After about two hours of driving, I landed the shuttle in New Mexico, at a large storage facility. After paying for the storage containers under an alias, I unloaded all the cyrotubes. It took forever, and I was still uneasy around them. Every time I saw movement I would jump scared that one of them had awaken, but as soon as I unloaded the last one, which just so happened to by Khan, I finally took a sigh of relief.

"I wish there was a way for me to make you suffer." I said as I placed Khan down in to the storage container. "But if I killed you now, I would be no better than you. The only reassurance I get is knowing that you will never wake up as long as Starfleet lives."

With one last disdainful look at the bastard, I turned and shut the container. Setting up the security measures, which included not only my retina scan and finger print, but Spocks and Jim's as well.

As soon as my shuttle landed, I was planning on going straight to Jim's beside. Bones said he had a feeling that he was going to wake up soon. However, as soon as I stepped off the shuttle, I was met by a security guard. "Can I help you?" I asked.

"The council wishes to speak with you." He said.

"Now?" I asked sighing. "But I've already talk to them so many times, what could they possibly want to know!"

"I have no idea ma'am, I was just sent to get you."

With a frustrating sigh, I threw my traveling jacket aside, and walked off towards the council room, and as soon as I walked in I saw them all sitting behind their tall stands. Something told me, as I walked towards them, that it wasn't going to be good conversation.

"Lieutenant Williams, how did your trip go?" Commander Thatcher asked.

"You didn't call me here to ask about my trip, so you need something?" I asked not even trying to show my irritation.

"We asked you here to ask you about Lieutenant Carol Marcus." Commander Hunner said.

"Is something wrong?" I asked already knowing where this was going, and what I was hoping to avoid.

"As you know better than everyone that her father caused all of this," Hunner continued. "The council doesn't want this to happen again-"

"And you think Carol is a threat?" I asked my voice rising a bit.

"We fear that the apple might not have fallen far from the tree." Thatcher said trying to get me to understand.

"She told us that she was following what her father was doing, so she must have known what was going to happen."

"Let me get one thing straight, Commanders." I said. "Carol Marcus is and will never be a threat to Starfleet. As soon as she knew what her father was doing, she tried to get him to stop. She risked her life to save mine when my arm was stuck in the missile. Carol Marcus is not her father."
