15. jealousy

Okay, okay, Itachi was the definition of perfection, you can't lie about that. You were having a great time with him! Such a gentleman, so kind and caring, not to mention, smart too. He noticed something, that you didn't actually noticed.

"Mom-"

"Shh!" Mikoto hushed her own son as she looked at you and Itachi from behind the bushes. "Be quiet or they'll catch us!"

"Mom..you're basically stalking and that's creepy, it's so embarrassing too." Sasuke whispered while covering his face from people that walked by.

Mikoto removed her sunglasses and looked at Sasuke. "I just have to take photos of them together, they're so cute!" She chuckled to herself and finally grabbed her camera from inside her purse.

"What- why? Itachi is in his first year of college, and (f/n) is barely a freshman." Sasuke said while crossing both of his arms.

"Shush! You'll blow my cover." Mikoto reminded and started taking photos from a small distance.

Meanwhile with your partner, you were currently enjoying your strawberries with cream, then Itachi chuckled as he looked away from you. You raised an eyebrow and swallowed the food that you were once chewing. "What's so funny?"

"(F/n), just pose for the picture." Itachi said not even making himself clear enough. "Trust me."

"Itachi, what do you mean-" You were interrupted by Itachi giving you a small kiss on the forehead.

Itachi leaned back and pointed a finger towards Mikoto's and Sasuke's direction. "Over there, (f/n)-san."

Mikoto then finally looked away from her camera, and noticed that she had been spotted. "Ah-! No way! Sasuke hide me!" She pulled his son in front of him as she forced her eyes to close.

"They already found out anyways.."

You let out a fit of laugher before slamming your hand against the table scaring the heck out of Itachi, but soon, he started laughing along with you.

Mikoto took one last picture while still hiding behind Sasuke. "Kawaii!" She squealed.

"Ew." Sasuke said with a disgusted face.

Mikoto sighed and then stood up next to his son. "C'mon, you still have to take her to that place I told you about!" She chuckled and dragged him along towards you and Itachi.

"Well, (f/n)-san, I need to take my leave." Itachi said and stood up from his seat.

"What..why?" You pouted in disappointment. "Is it college classes?" You asked.

"Yes-" Itachi was cut off by his brother, and he rolled his eyes.

"Yeah, he needs to go." Sasuke interrupted as he stood in front of the table next to his mother.

"I'll leave you two be, I'll accompany Itachi." Mikoto smiled before excusing herself with her son. "Oh, I'll hope we'll spend time together someday (f/n)-san!" She said aloud, so it would be loud enough for you to hear while she walked away with Itachi.

"Someday!" You waved good-bye to her, and a smile was present on your lips. "Ah..Sasuke, your mother is so nice! And Itachi is such a gentleman!" You clasped your hands together while closing your eyes.

"So I've heard.." Sasuke replied in annoyance. "My mother convinced me to bring you to the Uchiha household just to meet you." He informed. "She didn't even care if we missed a day of school..what if something important happened today that could decide our future?"

"Since when did you started caring? And our future? Our?" You teased while nudging his arm with your elbow. "Well..anyways, thanks. I enjoyed meeting part of your family."

"Hn..whatever." He began to walk forward. "Now c'mon..We have to go."

"Where?" You asked before quickly following him.

"Didn't my mother told you about me taking you somewhere special?"

"Oh..right!"

"Dumbass."

"Well, sorry.." You apologized and sighed.

"Whatever." Sasuke replied and ran a hand through his raven locks. "Do you know why my mother made me do this?"

"No..why?" You asked with curiosity.

"Winter is coming." He started to explain and looked up at the sky. "She told me that..to take advantage of the fall season to take you out."

You chuckled and looked over at Sasuke. "Oh, we can also hang out in the winter season, We can do lots of stuff! We can have a snowball fight between us or even go ice skating!" You suggested.

"That's for children, and what makes you think I actually want to hang out with you? You cause too much trouble."

"I can leave." You stopped walking. "Tch.. I should do this stuff with someone who appreciates me! I always preferred Naruto instead of you anyways."

"Who was talking about Naruto? You can go ahead and leave, I don't care."

"And to think that you've changed.." You said and looked straight at him. "If you don't care, stop talking to me! Stop helping me! Stop coming up to me every time you have the chance!" You yelled at him while getting people's attention in the process

"Look at that..That young boy just broke her heart."

"How awful.."

"She didn't deserve this."

Was all the whispers that Sasuke heard around him at this very moment. "You caused a scene idiot!" He took a hold of your wrist and began to drag you to a direction of an alleyway.

"Hey- Hey..! Let me go.." You winced while trying to stop him from going any further, but soon you felt your back get slammed against the wall.

Sasuke cursed under his breath and placed a hand beside your head while his other one gripped on your wrist even harder. "I still want to talk to you..I want to help you, and yes, I always find a way to reach you."

"Sasuke-"

"You're a very important friend to me."

Friend..right. Haha..A friend.
