Sasuke had one of the scariest death glares, and you didn't like them one bit. They creeped you out, a lot, and you also didn't think he would be this furious when he found out about what you decided to do, it wasn't that bad!
"Shh.."
"But he's staring.." You whispered to Naruto, but loud enough for him to hear. You shivered and hugged yourself, half because of the cold weather and the other half because of Sasuke's death glare.
"Ignore him 'ttebayo."
"How can I ignore him when his glare is so scary?"
"I'm. Right. Here." Sasuke spat out and you and Naruto quickly went silent after hearing his voice.
Katsumi looked at Sasuke and sighed. Does Sasuke like her that much? She thought to herself as she looked over at you, and soon jealousy started to form in her emotions. She furrowed her eyebrows then forced a smile on her face. "Hey, Sasuke-kun, why don't we get a salad for both of us? I know how much you like tomatoes!"
Sasuke glanced over at the brunette that was walking beside him. He was about to reply but when you dragged Naruto to a ramen stand near by, he couldn't help but to put his attention back to both of you.
"Naruto..guess what time it is?!"
"Ramen time 'ttebayo!"
"Idiot, no! Remember those sweets I told you I would bring you?" You reminded him and got out the bag of sweets you had saved just for the blonde. "Appreciate, this is to show how much I value the friendship we have."
"(F/n)-chan!" Naruto sobbed and pulled you into a tight hug. The blonde didn't let go of you and you just pat his back multiple times awkwardly not wanting to ruin the moment.
"Naruto, you're so sentimental."
"Shut up and hug me!"
"That dobe.." Sasuke closed his eyes for a moment before opening them, while taking a hold of Katsumi's hand and dragged her towards the "cute moment" both you and Naruto were having. He clicked his tongue and pushed Naruto off you, and pushed Katsumi towards Naruto and finally, pulling you towards himself. "Let me make this clear, (f/n) is my date. Naruto, Katsumi is your date."
You looked at him straight in the eye and pulled you hand out of his grip. "Leave us alone! I don't like you."
"Why are you lying to yourself again?"
"I'm not-"
"No, (f/n)! Listen to me for once."
"Sasuk-"
"I don't care if Katsumi's here, I want you to be my date, you know?! I don't like her, I like you! Can't you understand that (l/n), (f/n)?!" Sasuke confessed as he was getting irritated by every passing second. "I don't have much time left, and my life will end soon, but you're just here pushing me away when I want to spend the last moments of my life with the person I love the most! Don't you get that?! I love you (f/n)! I'm sorry for all the times I've teased you, I'm sorry for all those times I called you names, I'm sorry for not making you happy, I'm sorry for causing you so much trouble- so please, just listen to me!"
You were speechless, the Uchiha Sasuke had just confessed to you in front of Naruto and Katsumi. His words didn't seem hesitant, which surprised you, he wasn't embarrassed to admit his love for you.
Naruto sighed through his nostrils and closed his eyes peacefully as his lips stretched into a smile. The only words going through his mind was this; "Sasuke-teme has finally confessed."
But the person that didn't enjoy the scene in front of her was the brunette you made your promise to. Katsumi stayed silent as tears started to roll down her cheeks, she had been liking Sasuke for the longest. What you actually didn't knew is that she had known Sasuke since she was a child, just like you knew Naruto since you were just a kid. She should've known she wouldn't get a chance with the boy she loved, her hopes were gone.
Then on the moment you were about to say the words he wanted to hear, the three words he was dying to hear from you, he dropped to his knees and started to cough uncontrollably as he placed a hand over his chest.
"Sasuke-kun/Sasuke!"
The last thing he saw was his own blood on the ground, and the last thing he heard before loosing his conscious was his friends yells and cries.
He didn't knew it would end so soon.
Nobody did.
