50. Decisions, Decisions

THIRD PERSON P.O.V

March 9th, 2019

White eyes stared into onyx eyes, as both the Hyuga and Uchiha exchanged glares, both seemed to not to agree on each other's opinions. Besides, they were total opposites and they never had a special bond between each other so it wasn't that great of a planning.

"Y-You're-!"

"Shut it!"

"O-Okay.." She muttered under her breath before looking away from him, feeling a strange feeling on her stomach. "I still don't think it's a great idea.."

"You said you'd agree!" Sasuke raised his voice since he was getting a bit irritated with the young woman in front of him, which made him seem like a total asshole. He sighed and rubbed his temples, calming down a bit.

"But that's wrong. You're getting married, you can't do that.. Let (Y/n) and Naruto be happy! I never actually wanted to do this.. as a matter of fact, I didn't knew what I was thinking-" Hinata stopped in mid-sentence, feeling the intense glare Sasuke was giving her. Her white eyes looked at the ground, not even wanting to make eye contact with him anymore.

"So, you're saying you don't love Naruto anymore?"

"No! I'm not saying that!"

"Then why-"

"I really love him, I really do. He's a very important person to me and he has inspired me so much. I'd rather see him happy with someone he truly loves.. and I wouldn't want to get in the way of that." Hinata explained and stood up from her seat. "You should try it, Sasuke-kun. And by the way, to me, you're just being selfish.."

Sasuke heard her get up from her seat and slowly turned around to face her, only to see her walking away. "She didn't even- ugh.." He clicked his tongue and analyzed the situation that had just happened. Honestly, he was pissed off because Hinata had just hit him with straight facts.

Surprising.

(Y/n) and Sasuke don't know, but both of them are very alike and different in their own ways. The same with Naruto and Hinata, both are much alike but very different.

"I actually want to fix it, and you should too, (Y/n)."

"You should try it Sasuke-kun."

Will those words get out of their heads for a while? Probably not. (Y/n) couldn't even concentrate on her job and after her meeting with Hinata, Sasuke couldn't even show affection to his fiancé.

Not like he does anyways.

Sasuke looked up at the sky, as for (Y/n), she happened to be doing the same thing. They both looked up at the full moon from their bedroom windows as their minds drifted off in thinking about each other.

"I should really stop acting this selfish."  Was the exact same words that came out both of their mouths. As Sasuke ran a hand through his silky locks of hair, he looked over towards his fiancé, who was sleeping peacefully. "Why don't you just leave me? I'm not worthy of your time." He muttered and gave her a kiss on the forehead.

Meanwhile, (Y/n) looked over at Naruto who was sleeping rather in a weird position which made her chuckle. "Thank you, stupid." She murmured and finally turned off the lights, taking herself to sleep beside her blonde friend.

"Good night, Katsumi/Naruto."

Few Days Later
March 14th, 2019

"Are you serious?!" Naruto asked while leaning forward, grinning from ear to ear.  He put a hand on the shorter woman's shoulder as she averted her eyes to the side, not being able to make eye contact with him.

"Yeah.." (Y/n) murmured and took a hold of Naruto's hand, removing it from her shoulder. "I listened to what you had said and I think I should actually fix things instead of making it worse." She finally looked up at him and said, "Hopefully they'll accept me with open arms."

"We're gonna go through this together 'ttebayo!" Naruto reminded and ruffled her silky locks of (h/c) hair. "Thank you, (Y/n)-chan."

"I'm the one who should be thanking you, you know?" Her lips stretched into a small smile as she made eye contact with his blue orbs. Naruto's eyes seemed to widened a bit and his face soon turned a crimson red.

"Don't look at me like that.. you make me feel.. so weird inside." Naruto removed his hand from the top of her head and used it to hide his blush that just kept darkening to a deeper red.

(Y/n) chuckled and pulled Naruto down to her height, planting a bunch of kisses on his face. "You're such a great friend, Naruto!" She chirped as both of them enjoyed themselves with big smiles on their faces.

On the other hand, some people were not really dealing with the  best things at the moment. Sasuke and Katsumi were an example of what I, the narrator, is trying to say.

As a matter of fact, Katsumi was actually not taking things right like she was supposed to be. She was making matters worse when Sasuke actually told her things the correct way.

"You're not serious are you, Sasuke..?" Katsumi asked as tears threatened to roll down her cheeks, but she kept it all in. "Don't tell me it's because of her?!" She shouted while she took steps forward, making Sasuke take steps back.

"Katsumi, don't jump into conclusions!" Sasuke said trying not to raise his voice at her, because at this point, he was getting irritated. "I want to cancel the wedding, I don't think this is going to work out." He stated once again and that's when Katsumi's tears finally ran down her cheeks.

"No.. you can't leave me like that!" Katsumi threw herself at who she still considered the man she was going to marry and cried on his chest, soaking his shirt. "Don't do this to me! I love you so much, Sasuke.."

"The thing is, I don't love you, Katsumi." Sasuke looked down at her and put his hands on her arms, pushing her away from him gently. "I don't want you to marry a man who doesn't love you, you deserve better."

"No, please.." Katsumi begged as he pushed her away from his chest, still wanting to hold him for a bit longer.

"Please pack all your things and leave." Was the last words he said to Katsumi before walking away from her, leaving her to herself.

When Sasuke walked out of the room, he forced his eyes to close, the only thing he heard was Katsumi's sobs throughout the house. Which of course, got the attention of many of his family members.

"So you finally decided to do it?"

Sasuke whipped his head to the side, seeing his older brother glancing towards the room Katsumi was currently in. "I had to do it, I didn't want to commit a mistake that I'd really regret." He admitted while looking away.

"Don't worry, you did the right thing." Itachi walked towards his brother and flicked his forehead, making Sasuke flinch at the sudden action.

"Thank you..Itachi."
