27. emotions

Oh, gosh.

You were already tired and it was barely half of the day.

You never thought it would come to this, this was so exhausting! Kids were so lively today, the only one in the group that was actually enjoying this was Naruto.

You knew you were right because of the group's actions.

Sasuke- He would stop running around to take five minute breaks every seven minutes, believe it.

Sai- The artist got a bit annoyed,
leading him to start saying mean things to the children, causing them to cry too.

Sakura- She was great, full of energy, but it soon ran out when half of the schedule was completed.

(F/n)- Then you came along, you had to be the one actually telling them to keep going. You forced Sasuke to get back up and play with his team, you scolded Sai and made him feel at least a bit better so his mood would brightened up. You also helped Sakura to be full of energy, by just simply giving her fresh cold water to the pinkette.

Then finally, lunch time came around and you with along everybody else had to eat outside as if it was a small picnic hang-out. Which you didn't mind, and neither did the rest.

"Ah, look at this! They gave us little water bottles 'ttebayo." Naruto grinned as he leaned towards you and showed you the small water bottle in his hand.

"Ahaha, cute." You smiled and took the water bottle from his hands before giving it back. "Hey guys.."

"Hm?"

"Have you noticed?"

"What (f/n)-chan?"

"Sasuke's been acting weird."

"(F/n), I'm right here." Sasuke said then took a bite from his onigiri and chewed while taking his time.

"You know..now that I think about it, he has been acting weird." Sakura admitted and continued to cut her apple into slices.

"Haven't you guys noticed?" Sai asked and gently placed his sketchbook down on his side. "He's been acting weird, because he's hiding something from us."

You turned to look at Sasuke while hearing what Sai had to say, and for a brief second, you made eye contact with him but then he quickly turned to look at Naruto as if he was asking for help and the blonde quickly knew what he had to do.

"Guys..I don't think this is a good time to talk about this.. 'ttebayo."

"Why? Are you hiding something too?! Huh?" Sakura asked suspiciously and then noticed Naruto's expression on his face, the face he had looked as if he was about to puke.

"I feel bad.."

"Woah, hey Naruto, look the other way-"

"Sakura-chan..I'm sorry-"

"Wait, Naruto, no!"

"..."

"Disgusting!"

Well, lets say things didn't go too well.

TIMESKIP TO FEELING-WELL NARUTO

NARUTO'S P.O.V

"Naruto! Wakey-wakey!"

"Ngh.. (F/n)-chan?"

"Ah, you're finally awake." (F/n) leaned back and then sat down on her place, it took me a few seconds to analyze my surroundings but when I did, I noticed (f/n) wasn't the only one in the room, but Sasuke was there too.

"Finally awake, dobe?" Sasuke asked and raised an eyebrow as he kept his "cool" act around me and (f/n). Hmph, I can be so much cooler than that, believe it! But then, I just ignored his question and sat up on the infirmary bed while taking a look around once again. "Where is everybody else?" I asked and passed a hand through my hair.

"They went back home, & Sakura really knocked you out back there." The (h/c) haired girl chuckled nervously as she looked away, I couldn't help but to smile at this. (F/n)-chan could be adorable sometimes. "She also left this..as if to say she was sorry, since she felt guilty for hitting you when you were feeling bad." She explained and handed me two free ramen coupons.

"Aha, this is awesome 'ttebayo!" I smiled and accepted the two ramen coupons with a happy expression on my face. "I should thank Sakura next time I see her."

"You should, she was worried, I know she was." She spoked out and stood up from her seat. "But well..I should get going, I still have that job, remember?"

"Bring me some sweets tomorrow,
(f/n)-chan!" I yelled out and looked at her walk over to the door, as her hair gently moved with every step she took.

To be honest, (f/n) was a really pretty girl in my eyes. She was so nice and caring, so warm and bright.

She turned to look at me from over her shoulder and nodded as the same warm smile was present on her lips. "Don't worry, I'll remember for sure!" She said before walking out and closed the door gently behind her.

After she left, I perked my head up to look at Sasuke and I crossed my arms waiting for him to say something. "Well?" I asked as I started to loose my patience already.

"What?"

"Say it 'ttebayo."

Sasuke huffed and looked down as I noticed the embarrassed look on his face.

"Thank you..Naruto."
