Chapter 18: Her answer.

This chapter will be a little longer than the other ones.

Gray POV❄️
"Gray, you should get some rest like all of us must. You can come to our house to sleepover." Lyon invited.
"Thanks."
I was able to stand up, almost tripping until Juvia grabbed my arms.
"Let Juvia walk you there."
I leaned my left arm on her shoulder while she held me.
We came to the house, as I was about to go inside to follow Lyon, Juvia stopped me.
"Gray, meet Juvia at the park tomorrow. Juvia got something to talk about."
"Uhm, 'kay."
We went in, Juvia lead me to my room and then went back.
I lied down on the bed, starting hear Lyon talking to Juvia.
For some reason I was so curios so I started to listen carefully.
"Juvia. What is your answer?"
"Juvia can't do it."
"I see. Don't worry, I understand."
Oh they must be talking about earlier.
Whatever, I'm going to sleep.
The next day, we ate breakfeast and made ourselves ready for the day.
"Goodness Gray, where is your clothes?"
I looked down and realized I'm only in my boxers.
"Shit! I've got nothing to put on, and no way I'm going to put those bloody clothes."
"You can wear mine, you know?"
"Okay?"
"Here."
"Thanks Lyon."
I went outside for a walk, realizing I had to go to the park to meet Juvia.
I tried my best to run until she stopped me.
"Gray, you must not run!"
"Why is that?"
"You're still in a really bad shape."
"Uhm, guess your right. Thanks, you know... For stopping me."
I turned my head to the side with a blush on my damn face.
"Anyway, what did you want to talk about?"
"It's about yesterday..."
"You mean, what I said?"
"Yes, can we go through it again?"
"S-sure."
Why does she want that?
"Alright, as I said..."
I started... After that, shit... I started crying again? How can I be such a crybaby? Apparently I wasn't alone, she's crying too?!
"Eh Juvia, can we go somewhere else, it's awkward being here where everyone can see..."
"O-okay."
I grabbed her by her wrist and took her somewhere where nobody could see.
"Here."
I wiped my tears and tried to look back at Juvia, but I couldn't stop blushing.
"Gray, Juvia will give her answer."
I felt how much my heart pounded. I was so damn nervous.
"Yeah, what is it?"
Please, don't leave me. I need you in my life... I bit my bottom lip while looking at her with a nervous look.
"Juvia..... Can't to do it."
She looked down.
I couldn't believe my eyes, did she really just say that? I was about to cry.
I punched the wall, looked at my hand, seeing it bleeding.
"Gray, what are you doing?"
Juvia grabbed me by the wrist and backed up with me.
