This morning me and Chris are goin to meet up with our manager to go over a few things with Chris.

So we are on our way in my managers office and she has three different companys that wanna sign chris

They had Universal records, Virginia records and Columbia records. Chris is overly excited

"Columbia records explain why chris should sign to you." Our manager said.

"Well A record label is a brand or trademark associated with the marketing of recording music and music videos. Often, a record label is also a publishing company that manages such brands and trademarks, coordinates the production,manufacture, distribution, marketing, promotion, and enforcement of copyright for sound recordings and music videos; conducts talent scouting and development of new artists ("artists and repertoire" or "A&R"); and maintains contracts with recording artists and their managers." He said

"Okay Universal records?" Our manager said.

"To universal records Record labels are the companies that market recorded music and music videos. Record labels engage in a wide range of functions in the music industry including new artist recruitment and development (known as A&R), music publishing and copyright enforcement. Marketing is one of a record label's most important functions, as public awareness of the brand is the way that they make their money." They said

"Okay virginia records?" Our manager asked.

"Our passion for artist development made Atlantic Records the home of choice for legendary artists including Aretha Franklin, Led Zeppelin, Ray Charles, Otis Redding, The Rolling Stones, Cher, Genesis, Cream and many more. With over 60 years of recorded music history, our passion for artistry in music continues today as a new generation of incredible artists including Bruno Mars, Coldplay, fun., Jason Mraz, Ed Sheeran, Wiz Khalifa, Janelle Monáe, Skrillex, beyonce, Trey Songz, Hunter Hayes and more continue to further the Atlantic Records legacy." She said.

"Alright Chris this is the one I signed to." I whispered to Chris.

"All you do now is choose the one you wanna be signed to." I told Chris as he nodded in understanding.

"So Chris? Who will it be?" Our manager called.

"I choose Virginia records." Chris said.

Everybody clapped as Chris signed his name on the contract.

"Im so proud of you." I told him pecking his lips.

"Thank you baby." Chris said.

"Chris you have to record today is that alright." Our manager said.

"Yes that's perfectly fine." He said.

We left and went to the studio. Chris was so excited to have his first concert next week

Chris was really nervous and was stumbling over his words during his recording session. Everyone was in there his producer, manager, signer. So im gonna pull him a side and talk to him.

"Chris come here baby." I said through the glass.

He came over lookin beat

"Wassup Bey?" He said lookin down.

I picked his chin up so that he was lookin at me.

"You can do this Chris." I said as he shook his head

"But what if I cant Bey than what?" he said.
