I glanced over at the phone on the bedside table and reached for it immediately, knowing that the text tone was from my group chat with my brothers and Avery.
A- I found you guys a place! :D
Jo- That's great news!! Tell us everything about the place
A- It's not far from your old place, 4 bdrm, 2 bthrm, a nice little place if you ask me.
Li- That sounds really good! Is it close to everything that we need? Like school, friends, work, shiz like that?
A- It's roughly the same distance that you were used to before, I think it'll suit you all just fine :)
Leo- This is all amazing news and all, but how are we meant to pay for the house? We only just get enough money from work, and that won't be nearly enough for a house on top of necessities...
A- I've got you covered. Perks of being adopted into a rich family
Lia- We can't accept your money! Are you crazy?! As much as we would love to, we would never be able to pay you back in any way for buying us a freaking house!
A- Nonsense! It's the least I can do to help my little sister and brothers!! :P
Ja- Are you sure you want to do this? It's fine if not, we can deal with the temp. living conditions for a little longer...
A- I ain't telling you again, I'm buying this damn house for you whether you like it or not. SUCK IT UP DUDES!!

"Avery's found us a house!" I beamed up at Danny who was playing some game on his phone. He looked up and smiled widely at me.
"That's great news! When are you guys moving in?"
"I'm guessing quite soon." I said as my phone vibrated in my hand with more incoming messages in the group chat.
Jo- What about furniture?
A- Readily furnished for you
Li- By you?
A- Who else dummy?
Ja- Thanks again for all the help, I know I'm not the one moving in, but I still appreciate all that you do for them
Leo- Group chat ya know, we can speak for ourselves

N- Asleep
Jo- It's like midday, why are you only now waking up?
N- I would have slept longer but my phone wouldn't shut up with these bloody group chat messages
Ja- I thought you had died... You were awfully quiet, and usually you're a loud sleeper
Lia- How does that even make sense?
