Percy sighs. "I do not understand the Solace-diAngelo family," he mutters.
"Well, we should probably get going," says Rose, fidgeting.
"Actually, I should probably call your parents..." starts Percy.
"We're heading home now, don't call our parents," I say, putting full charm speak into the sentence.
Percy looks dazed for a moment, before replying, "Okay, have a nice day," and leaving.
Zoë stares at me. I shrug. "Charmspeak."
Mari grins, turns into an eagle, and soars out of the window. "Careful of skyscrapers!" Rose calls after her.
Mari always forgets about the skyscrapers. And they're everywhere in New York.
"See you later," I say, grabbing Rose's hand and flying out of the window. Zoë just gapes at us. I quickly drop Rose off at her house, and fly home, hoping mom and dad don't notice I'm gone. I land on the lawn, and open the door to the house.
"Reyna Thalia Grace- where have you been?!" exclaims Piper, frowning.
I gulp. "I was over at Zoë's," I say, hoping she'll leave it alone.
"Doing what?" mom asks.
I shrink. "Talking about the gods and stuff," I say, squirming.
Piper sighs. "Honey, you know Percy and Annabeth haven't told Zoë," she says, putting a hand on my shoulder.
"Pipes, is Reyna back?" asks Jason, flying down the stairs.
"Yes she is," replies Mom.
"Hey, Reyna! How was the trip to Zoë's?" Dad asks. Piper's eyes widen.
"You knew?" she demands.
Jason nodded, and held up his demigod safe phone- the one Leo invented.
"Annabeth texted us," he replies sleepily.
As my parents talk, I slowly slip away; back into my room. I climb into bed, and close my eyes. My last thoughts before I fall asleep are: I wonder what's going to be for breakfast...
I open my eyes. I'm in a camp full of many happy people. 'Where am I?' I wonder out loud.
"Rey!" calls a voice. I turn around, surprised. It's Bianca.
"Bi?" I ask. Just to clarify, it's pronounced like bee.
"I dream hopped. Well technically this is a vision. A vision dream. A dream vision?" She rambles.
"To the point, Bianca," I say.
"Right," she straightens. "Pay close attention. This is not a regular dream. Nico told me about this. I'm going to try to bring Zo, Mar, and Rose in."
I nod, looking around. There's a huge sign that reads Camp Half Blood. My heart rate picks up.
"Got it!" yelps Bianca, and suddenly all of my friends appear.
"What? Where are we?" asks Zoë.
"My dream," I say, turning towards her.
Zoë opens her mouth like she going to start talking, but Bianca covers it. Bianca looks like she's in pain.
"Just shut up and observe. I can't hold this very long," she snaps, gritting her teeth together.
We nod, and look around some more. Suddenly, a woman with red curly hair walks up to them.
"Come. Camp Half Blood needs your help. There is a prophecy. A prophecy," the woman says urgently.
"What? Who are you?" asks Mari, squinting.
Behind us, Bianca drops to her knees, arms held up shakily, holding the dream together.
"Rachel Dare," replies the red haired woman. "Come!"
Suddenly, Bianca lets loose a scream, and the world collapses.
I sit up, sweating and breathing hard. Besides me, my phone chimes. I hurry and grab it.
Zoë: what was that?
Mari: Bi are you okay?
Bianca: Yeah, but Will and Nico are freaking out. I- gtg, Dads being annoying.
Reyna: we have to go to camp half blood
Rose: Friday! We can sneak out of my house!
Mari: sounds good
Zoë: i don't know what the hell is going on, but I'm in
Reyna: what in Hades. Not hell.
Zoë: got it
Mari: good night, girls
Reyna: good night
Zoë: good night
Rose: good night
I put my phone down and fall asleep instantly. This time, I dream about James Markowitz.
