I yawn, sit up, and look around. It's pitch black, and the only sound I hear are the quiet snores from the room next to mine. Carefully, I slip out of bed, and snatch my phone. Pressing the on button, I wince as the screen light blinds me for a moment, and then check the time: 2:48 a.m.
Perfect.
I shrug out of my pajamas, and pull on a black hoodie, black leggings, and grab my rings. I slip them on my finger, pop a piece of bubblegum I stole into my mouth, and sneak out of my room.
In the almost dead silence, I creep past the rooms; Reyna's, Cyprian's, Asher's, Mari's. Then, I hurry towards the door to the submarine. Almost there. I push the door open, and swim out, closing it quietly. Gazing upon the silent Sea Realm in the dark, I grin. I'm going to find the curse.
I'm going to make my parents proud.
