13- Family Accident

Brooke's POV

It was 4 pm when we got done with invitations. We mailed all of them off.  Hopefully 3/4 of them won't show up.

Now time to go home.

"Bye mom I'm leaving, call later."

"Ok hon. Drop by home."

I had no idea why but I did.

I just walk in. It was dead silent and then I hear a Big Bang and crying behind.

I run to the bathroom and see my dad on the floor.

"Dad?"

" ah call someone!" My dad starts yelling.

I didn't know who to call so I call the first person that came to my head.

Me- MOM?!?
Mom- What?! Are you okay? What's happening??
Me- Dad fell. He might have broken his hip.
Mom- Ok. Don't panic call the ambulance.
I hung up and called 911

911- 911 what's your emergency?

Me- uh hello!! Im Brooklyn Dolono my dad fell on his hip.

911-Ok don't panic. How'd your father fall.

I just looked what was right in front of me.

Um it looks like he fell off the latter he was putting new curtains on the wall

Me-He was putting curtains up I think and he fell.

911- what do you mean by you think.

Me- idk I just walked in.

911- ok we're sending help rn.

I have her my address and I heard my mom walk in. I tried helping him up but he was in too much pain.

20minutes later

The ambulance got here. They put my dad in the back and my mom got in.

I waved and called gray.

Grayson- Hello?
Me- Grayson. My dad got hurt and they rushed him to the hospital.
G- where are you?
Me- My parents place
G- Ok meet me home.

I got in my car and left.

I got to my house and Grayson was waiting for me on the front porch.

I walked over slowly.

"Gray." I hug him.

"Hi baby. Everything will be okay."

We get in his car.

We get to the hospital and I see my mom in the waiting room.

"Mom. What's happening." I tear up.

"He broke his bone in three."

"Omg. Is he in surgery."

"Yes. But the doctor says he'll be ok."

"Oh good."

We waited for like 3 hours in the waiting room. And they finally let me see my dad.

He's asleep and so Grayson and I go home.

It's 7 pm.

I told my mom to text me.

Grayson's POV

I saw the worry in Brooke's eyes.

I just pulled her in a hug.

"Hey at least he didn't like die."

"Grayson that's not helping."

"Ok ok."

We just hugged in silence.

One hour later.

I made food for Brooke but she pushed it away.

"Babe you gotta eat."

"I'm Just not hungry."

"Ok." I just backed off it was almost and I was wide awake but she wasn't so I suggested that we lay down.

We laid on the couch and fell asleep.

"Night love." I whispered.
