Chapter 38 Broken Family Pt2

After talking with Shikadai about what happened and the punishment his attackers will have he made his way to his home to see how his sister and brother were doing with the food.

Once arriving to his home Gaara was amazed by the sent the field the air "hey how is he doing, is he OK" Temari asked coming form the kitchen. "He's fine a little hungry"

"so in other words you should hurry up" Kankuro teased from the dinning room table.

"shut up I wasn't talking to you" she snapped causing Gaara to look at her in question "all he had been doing is eating all of the food and criticizing me and I'm getting sick of it" she said to Garra point at Kankuro.

"hey in my defense We can't have you poisoning the kid"

"Damn you"

"That enough" Garra yelled and they stood silent. After a couple of minutes of silence Temari turned the pot off and walked over to Garra, placating her hand over his shoulder she smiled at him and he smiled back "I'm sorry"

She said in a low voice but loud enough so he can hear. "We put you through so much. And we never asked about, but I think now is the time. We can't just keep going like it never happened because it did" Gaara turned his head to not face his sister. "You don't have to look us in the face while telling us but I want you to know there's nothing you can't tell us"

he smile but still didn't turn his head to face them "the first time I release the shukaku was the day uncle Yashamaru told me that he hated me and that mother gave me, my name from the phrase "a self-loving carnage" to reflect the undying hatred she felt towards the village, and it's people rather than out of love for me. He then told Me that nobody would ever love me, and then detonated a series of peper bombs killing himself and trying to take me with him" Temari and Kankuro felt a sharp pain hit their heart as their little brother Spoke

"that a lie...that a lie!!"

"Kankuro"

"No mother wasn't like that she love the village our people she love them and most of all us. We were everything to her. She was kind and gentle and she cared about us Gaara, I don't give a crap what he told you that's was nothing more than lies"

"He's right Garra mother wasn't like that. Yes it true you didn't get to meet her but we did and she wasn't like that. And everything he said was lies, look around Gaara he told you no one would ever love you, but your people the people of this village love you, admires and respects you and that not out of fear, it because you work hard to gain their trust. And I, we love you....... So much Gaara. So please forget all he said because we are here and we love you and not only just us all our friend in the leaf as well" she said tear filling her eyes as she watched her brother cry "come on Gaara you don't what me to give you Shikamaru nick name now do you"

he smile as he wiped his tears "your right I don't that would be embarrassing"

"Umm hey teamri, that kid is going to starve"
Kankuro said point to the clock

"damn Shikadai I forgot" she said placing a kiss on Garra cheek and running into the kitchen than out the door with the pot. 

Arriving to the hospital Temari went straight into Shikadai's room. Knocking on the door she went in. "I'm sorry Shikadai I need to have a little talk with my bothers" she said entering going to his bed side "but your already asleep" she smiled at him as she placed the food down on a near by table and shook him "hey wake up its time to eat" he looked up at her, his eyes sight was still a little blurry but he could tell it was her

"Temari-San" he said Rubin his eyes and sitting up

"ya it's me now get up and eat something here" she handed him a spoon serve him some food which he gladly took and ate.

After eating 3 plates full of food he was all done and went back to sleep. That night teamri once again stood by his side.

Hey guys ok this was a short chapter that I pulled out of thin air just now ok I really didn't have anything to right in this chapter so it's a short one (like I said) I also put this story as complete because I'm planing on writing at lest two more chapters than finish it. But that won't be the end of it I plan on writing a second part to this story in Temari and Shikamaru view as they look for Shikadai. So wait till that one come out and that for staying with me for this long I hope you enjoy
