I walked out of the dining room with the rest of the patients so we could go down to the cafeteria. I'm off restriction since it's been three days and they feel I'm safe enough to go off the unit. We followed Ryan to the elevator and got on it. I hate elevators since I'm claustrophobic. I took deep breaths until we finally reaches the first floor. I was the first one off so that I could calm down. "You okay?" Angie asked.

"F-Fine. I-I don't l-like s-s-small spaces," I said. They nodded and we started walking again. Once we finally got to the cafeteria we had to go through a line kind of like at school. It's smaller, though. They gave us a small salad, meatloaf, and some corn. We also got some juice to drink. We have a specific table to sit at with our BHT and it's away from the other patients in different units. I've been eating a bit more, not a lot though. They said as long as I eat at least two servings a day, I should be good. But I have to work on eating a full three servings in the future. I also haven't had as many nightmares, and even the ones I had didn't cause me to scratch up my arms. They said they're going to have me diagnosed and put on medication. They want to diagnose me with bipolar depression. Also, PTSD, anxiety, schizophrenia, and anorexia. They called Storm and told him about the voices. I don't want diagnosed, though. I don't want to be labeled with all those disorders. It just proves how crazy I am.

"Luca, are you going to eat?" Ryan asked. I nodded and poured some ranch on the salad. I started eating the salad and drank my juice. I didn't eat the meatloaf, it's nasty. But they told me I didn't have to.

"So, Luca, are you excited about leaving on Friday?" Ayden asked.

"S-Sort of," I said.

"Wait, they already got a release date for you?" Zane asked.

"Th-They said i-i-if the f-f-family thera-apy goes w-w-well," I said.

"Awesome! I'm leaving tomorrow," Zane said. "I've been here for ten days so far."

"I'm going to miss you," Angie said.

"I know. It sucks that we're not allowed to keep in touch," he said. We all agreed and finished our dinner and went back up to the unit.

"Can I ask you something, Luca?" Angie asked. I nodded and she bit her lip. "Do you have a girlfriend?" I shook my head no. "How?"

"H-How what?" I asked.

"How don't you have one? You're like the cutest boy I've ever met. If I wasn't a lesbian, I would

have a major crush on you." My jaw dropped when she said she's a lesbian.

"I d-don't l-l-like girls," I mumbled.

"ZANE! Come here!" Angie yelled.

"What?" Zane asked, as he got up from playing checkers with Ayden.

"Luca is gay, too," she said.

"That's cool!" Zane said. I'm so confused. I'm not the only gay one here? "How does your school take it that you like boys?" he asked.

"K-Kind of o-okay," I said.

"I wish mine did. I live in the rural part of Frankview. Being black is rare there, let alone being gay, too."

"O-Oh," I mumbled.

"Yeah, it's all good. My family took it well. That's all that matters," he said. I nodded and sighed. I miss Riley. . .

"What's wrong, Luca?" Angie asked.

"I-I miss m-my boy- I-I m-m-mean ex," I said.

"I'm sorry," they said. I shrugged and we stopped talking about it. Ayden walked over to us and we all started playing cards.
