Alkira's pov -

Sira, if this is your version of a joke then you need to know nobody is laughing especially me.

Sira!

Sira!

Siraaaaa!!!

I really don't know what kind of game she is playing.

She isn't speaking to me.

It is starting to get ridiculous.

When we reached here we were ushered in for the meeting hence no time was spared for introductions. Alphas from various packs were here.

Turn by turn they introduced themselves and filled in about their major issues and works. After that common problems were discussed regarding pack land and rogues. The meeting continued nonstop for five hours. By the time we were done with it, I was starving. I was looking forward to the dinner as I have heard that Red Moon pack has great chefs. I was not disappointed as the food was paw-licking good.

Many people approached us with one Question in their mind.

Who was the girl that came with Alpha Samuel?

Introductions were made and everyone was shocked to see that the enchanter was a girl. That too of young age and not some wrinkled old cow! Who was unfit for travel?

Dinner lasted longer than expected but I had no intention to mingle with the crowd so after filling myself up to the brim I directly went to my room sleep wouldn't come to me so I wandered a bit and discovered this solitary balcony bathed in moonlight. I felt like it was calling to me.

With lazy steps, I moved towards it. I rested my hands on the railing and gazed at the sky. It was lit with thousand stars making it look so surreal. Looking at it for a moment I forgot all about my problems. But eventually, they came back.

I don't know why Zen has not approached me, whether I should consider it my fortune or not. What was he planning?

I wanted to discuss it with Sira but that wolf has gone underground.

Stupid wolf.

Mean wolf

Ahhh!!!

I am going nuts.

If I think clearly she hasn't spoken to me since morning. First, I dismissed it thinking she too was worried about meeting. But now I can't fathom a single reason her for not speaking with me. The only reason I am not taking this with Alpha is because I still feel her which means she is just avoiding me.

Fine, be it that way. If she can do that to me then I too won't talk with her.

Childish I know, but what else should I do?

There isn't a handbook about what should a werewolf do if his/her Wolfie suddenly stops talking to you without any valid reason.

Not that I know of.

"Dammit! Talk with me."

"What do you want to talk about?" Startled I turned my head in the direction where the reply came from. I didn't even notice when someone came here and stood by my side.

I blame it on the absence of my wolf.

His voice was soft and amused a killer combination for a man of his looks. He was the prime example of tall, dark, and handsome.

He was a head taller than me.

He was surrounded by a dark aura, nothing bad just mystifying.
