Hiccup was gentle - well, gentler and more kind as time pass.
And all of them got each other's backs when monsters and humans live together in peace.
For instance:
"Hey useless! Nice friends you got there!"
"You are a wimp!"
"Useless!"
Snotlout, Ruff and Tuffnut teased him and ridiculed at Hiccup like he didn't went missing at all.
Then, when it went to the point where Snotlout was going to punch Hiccup, Toriel shot a fireball at his face.
Then Jack, as an eagle, pecked the twins' face to get them to run away.
"Thanks", Hiccup felt grateful.
" Do not mention it, my child.", Toriel stated.
"Now let's eat pie!", Jack yelled.
Then they lived happily ever after.
