After six years, ngayon lang ulit kami na kompleto ngayong pasko. It feels so good to have them in my life.
Our Christmas is well spent. Yesterday, we went to Mommy Ligaya's hous to spend our Noche Buena there. At first, she was surprised to see that I'm with Aga and the girls, but agad ring nakabawi when we explained to her na okay na kami. She's kinda furious at nagtatampo dahil 'di raw siya namin nasabihan kaagad.
But then, ang saya pa rin. The girls bonded with their cousins na mga anak ng kapatid ko.
Earlier this morning naman, we spent christmas by going to a church and attended a mass. After that, lumabas kami para kumain ng lunch.
At around 3:00 pm, nagluto kami for dinner. We ended up having different dishes.
After dinner, we gave each other gifts and just chill by the living room.
And now, here I am at the balcony of my room, staring blankly at the sky. 'Di ko inakala na sasaya pa ako ng ganito.
After Aga and I separated, akala ko wala ng pag-asa na magkabalikan kami. But I was wrong, tadhana nga naman..
"Babes." I took a glance at Aga na ngayo'y nakatayo na pala sa tabi ko, he handed me a glass of wine and I immediately accepted it.
"Thank you." wika ko.
He didn't answer. Silence filled the whole place for about a minute not until he spoke again.
"Masaya ka ba?" he asked.
Kunot-noo ko siyang tinignan. "Masaya saan?"
"For everything."
Of course I am! Sobra.
"Oo naman." I answered and again, the whole perimeter is filled with silence.
Nakatingin lang ako sa langit at gano'n din si Aga. I cleared my throat dahil nakakabingi rin pala ang katahimikan.
"Aga, thank you." sambit ko, before he can say anything, inunahan ko na siya.
"Thank you for everything. Salamat at dahil sa'yo, sa inyo, napapangiti ako." I said whole heartedly.
He smiled at me and kissed me on my forehead, infairness hindi sa labi ah.
"Thank you rin for accepting me kahit minsan na akong nagkasala." wika niya.
"Wala iyon, past is past. Let's just focus on the present." sambit ko.
Seriously, hindi ako sanay na makita si Aga na seryoso. He usually joke around pero iba ngayon. We're currently having a heavy atmosphere and I don't know why.
Is it me or Aga wants to say something but he is just too hesitant to make a move?
"Lei, I have something for you but I'm not really sure if you're going to like it." sabi niya and my conclusions were right!
"Ano iyon?" I asked, he sighed first at nilapag ang baso ng wine sa railings, I did the same at pinagmasdan siya.
He got something from his pocket, isang papel na itinupi and handed it to me.
I stared curiously at the paper. Ano naman 'to?
"Open it."
Gaya ng sinabi niya, I opened the paper at tila nagpretzel knots ang noo ko, it's a picture of a huge house?
I'm staring at the paper for seconds not until I realized something.
"Ang bahay na iyan, it's under construction for the past two years. And now, it's finally made. Pinatayo ko iyan para sa'yo, para sa inyo." he explained at napahawak ako sa bibig ko dahil sa gulat.
"Aga..."
"I hope you like our new home, Lei." he said and smiled at me.
Kahit peste siya, mahal ko pa rin ang mokong 'to! May sweet juices rin pala siya sa katawan niya!
I hugged him tight. At first, mukhang nagulat siya sa ginawa ko pero agad ring nakabawi at niyakap rin ako.
"Love it! Thank you Aga, thank you ng marami!"
