Part Three

- December 25, 2016 -

Lea

Mapalaki man o mapaliit, mapamura man o mahal...

It's not like hindi ko ito naramdaman noon but today is really different, lahat ng tao animo'y nakangiti. Everybody seems to be in their good mood since it's the birth of our savior, Jesus Christ.

Nakahawak ako sa braso ni Aga as we, with the girls following us, made our way palabas ng simbahan. Maaga pa kaming umalis ng bahay ni Mommy Ligaya to attend the early mass somewhere near our Village here at Alabang. Mabuti naman at nakaabot kami, the place is crowded but we managed to find a seat for five.

"So, saan tayo?" Aga asked the moment we got into the car. It's almost noon so it's better if we'll go grab some lunch muna.

"Lunch tayo babes, saan niyo ba gusto?" sagot at tanong ko as I took a glance at our daughters who's busy chatting at the back.

"Anywhere Ma, basta iyong masarap ang foods, kontento na kami." Caeleah answered and I smiled upon hearing it.

She really is a food lover, isn't she? Palakain si Cae, sobra. She have a bag full of chocolates and I tell you, halos iyakan siya noon ng kambal para mabigyan lang sila ng kahit na isa. Beyond her eating habbit, she remained having a fitted body which is good.

"Oo na po Ma'am, El Palasyo it is!" I exclaimed and turned to Aga, ngumiti siya at agad na tumango.

El Palasyo holds a lot of memories for me.

We arrived at El Palasyo around 12:30, I wasn't surprised upon seeing a huge crowd of people inside.

Our lunch out was a success, as usual, masarap ang pagkain and I can say na nabusog ako even tho I didn't eat that much.

After having lunch, umuwi na kami. I have a lot of things to do, I'll prepare our dinner since wala kaming kasambahay ngayon. I gave Lily her bunos upang makauwi siya sa kanila ngayong pasko, same with our driver.

"Ma, kwentuhan mo naman kami sa love story ninyo ni Daddy." wika ni Ada while chopping the onions and yes, they're all here at the kitchen, helping me out. Except for Aga na nasa pool area, doing some of his errands.

Kumunot ang noo ko at the same time, tumaas ang kilay ko.

"Love story namin? Nothing interesting about it, your Dad courted me and I said yes, we got married at nabuntis ako sa kambal then to Cae then we separated then we are back again. What more?" I asked after explaining.

Actually, there's more to say. Summary lang 'yon but since tamad ako magsalita, never mind na lang.

Their jaws dropped upon hearing my explanation. "Seriously Ma? Iyon lang iyon? Walang echos-echos?" Ara asked as she handed me the cheese, kinuha ko iyon at the same time, nodded.

"Uhuh, kung nabitin kayo, you can go ask your Dad and he'll tell you guys the full story." I suggested.

Umiling naman si Cae habang nakangiti. "You're unbelievable, Mom!" she said.

"Why so?" I asked, confused.

"I mean, all those other Moms always tell their children about their love story then we have you na who just gave her daughters a brief summary." natatawang saad niya.
