*Sam’s P.O.V.*

My flashback was interrupted by a roaring engine that was coming up the street. Everyone stopped talking as we watched a gorgeous black motorcycle drive down the street towards us. Our mouths gaped open even farther as the bike drove into the parking lot and pulled up only a few feet away from our toes. The driver revved the engine at us a few times and me and my friends all jumped back letting out short squeaks of surprise.
Kristi, obviously the bravest out of the three of us, hollered over the engine, “Hey jerk! Watch where you’re going!”
With that, the engine stopped and the three guys, one sitting in a sidecar and the other sitting behind the driver, unlatched their helmets and stepped off the motorcycle.
“No way!” I exclaimed. “Joe!”
“Ugh. It’s you two again.” Kristi said to Nick and Kevin who immediately glared back at her.
Before Joe had barely got off the bike I quickly ran up to him and in his arms.
“You’re back!” I said not able to control my excitement.
“Um... hi?” He said and smiled down at me.
“Oh... sorry.” I pulled away from him. “I’m just so excited to see you again.”
“Me too.” He said and brought me back in his embrace.

*Joe’s P.O.V.*

My brothers stood behind Sam as they watched me pull her into my arms. They both instantly smiled at me and I shot them a small smirk. I knew Sam trusted me, which means that this was going to be a lot easier than I thought.

**Flashback**

(a few days ago)

“There’s no way in hell you’ll be able to do it.” Kevin said challengingly.
“Yeah right. I can get any girl I want.” I replied with a thick tone of cockiness.
“Not Sam.” Nick added.
“He’s right.” Kevin continued. “She’s your best friend. I really doubt she’s gonna want to sleep with you.”
“She’ll be your hardest target yet.” Nick said.
I smiled. “I know... and that’s what makes it all the more fun.”

**End Flashback**

I pulled away from Sam and couldn’t help but let my eyes run up and down her body.

Once Joe finally met my gaze again, I couldn’t help but notice a strange smile spread across his face. It was a sly smile; one that I had never seen on him before. Maybe Kristi was right? No. I refused to believe it. Joe was way too sweet.
I goofily grinned back at him. “I missed you so much.”
“I missed you too.” He said smiling as well.
“Really?” I asked him, never knowing that I could feel this happy to hear him say that.
“Of course... you’re like my little sister.” With that, he pulled me into another tight, warm hug.

*Kevin’s/Nick’s P.O.V.*

Ya... a little sister you wanna do.
