You see, I live right next to Russian restaurants, they like to party loud. Hahahahahah. I'm not joking and it's not even funny. They have music that is blasting and they talk very loudly over that music. Let's just say I didn't get much sleep until I heard the cops come. But then everyone was outside, most likely intoxicated, talking even freaking louder.
