Chapter 2

(Mark's POV)

The internet was blowing up. News outlets, social media, everything, all with the familiar name (Y/N). I had known them for almost a year now, doing many collabs and just playing games in general. We had never met which I never pressed on, respecting their choice. Though, I now knew why. Number one on treading on youtube was their video, The Truth. I had watched it out of pure curiousity. It was quite shocking to learn that they were a human. Not many of them were on the site making videos. I became quite a big deal. Other youtubers were making videos of their reactions and thought, news outlets raged about how a human shocked the world, some had said that they purposely 'lied' to their fans just for attention, I knew that wasn't true. My fans had started asking me my thought on the situation and I wasn't really sure on what to say. I personally don't care whether you're a human or a giant, as long as you were a good person, I was fine with anyone. I was sure (Y/N) was wanting to see if any of her friendships would be change and with all the attention they were getting, I believed she needed somebody to comfort them and help them through this.

I hadn't even recorded a video for tomorrow. I was extremely stressed with all the attention I had gotten myself into. Watching many videos of other youtubers reacting to my video, most were positive but there were a few that thought I was faking it for the views or were angered I didn't tell my fans at the beginning of my career. I read many comments on the video, many death threats, a lot of support, the occasional spam bot, and a few non believers. News outlets reporting on the 'human who shocked the world', I was even mentioned on Fox News and CNN! If I was already under enough stress, I was more worried about the friends I had made on social media. One of my friends through twitter had already blocked me which left me quite upset and even more nervous for Mark and Jack's reaction. They were the 2 closest friends I had made on Youtube and I was ready to see if they hated me now
