It's been an interesting year for you. Filled with many ups and downs. I mean, your life was pretty good, but it suddenly went downhill big time.

FLASHBACK

"How long?" you said.
"HOW FUCKING LONG?" you yelled.

"3 months," Aj said quietly looking down.

"3 FUCKING MONTHS. Oh, my God, I can't believe I didn't notice until now, you never even loved me," you said with tears in your eyes.

"I'm sorry okay, I can fix this," he said.

"NO. you can't fix this, cause we're over. Get out, please just get out" you yelled.

"YOU KNOW WHAT, I DON'T EVEN CARE, IT'S NOT LIKE WE HAVE ANY FREEDOM TO OUR RELATIONSHIP ANYWAYS" he yelled in your face before slamming the door of the house shut.

END OF FLASHBACK

Goosebumps trailed up your arm from the memory of that horrible day.

You and Aj dated for about a year before you found out he cheated on you. You were madly in love with him, and you thought he was madly in love with you, but he wasn't. All the pain took over and you eventually turned to a horrible way to cope with it. Nobody knew, and you didn't want anybody to know.

You pulled up your sleeves and examined the scars running up your arms. You couldn't believe this was all because of a guy. You really hated that you did it, but it relieved the pain so well.
