Troye was doing fine on his first day. The teachers would introduce him to the class and he would receive some winks from the girls around and whenever the teacher asked him to take a seat, he would go and seat himself beside a boy.

He is never going near a girl again after the incident at the airplane.

And in his second lecture, he was seated with Jacob and Jacob just made some penis drawings all with rainbow sketch pens on his rough notebook because of course, he was straight. And straight guys definitely do that.

Troye blushed instantly, looking at Jacob as Jacob squinted his eyes towards the centre.

Troye giggled at that and the teacher even caught him but he let Troye go because it was Troye's first day.

Jacob even mocked the teacher as Troye stifled his laughter.

He liked to see Troye smile for some weird reason, it felt as if his heart was setting itself on fire, making some tickling sensation all over his chest whenever he saw those cute blue eyes light up, crinkles appearing and his small hands covering his lips.

And when their class together ended, he just walked Troye to his next class and they did not talk much. But there was still this comfortable silence.

And Troye just looked hopefully up at Jacob before he let his hands brush against the taller lad's.

Jacob looked down and slowly took Troye's hands in his, Troye's lips breaking out into a warm grin.

And Jacob just felt tingles all over. He is straight, he is not supposed to feel this, right?

It was the end of Troye's first day and Jacob was waiting for him outside his last class. He had memorized Troye's schedule. Troye had drama now.

Troye walked out of the class slowly, his head hung low.

"Hey Tro," Jacob immediately greeted and Troye looked up, giving a small smile before his face turned back, dissolving his features in a glum sadness.

Jacob obviously noticed it, his eyebrows knitted together as he placed his hand on Troye's back and asked him,

"What happened, Troye?"

Troye did not answer, shaking his head.

"You can tell me, Troye, I am your friend," Jacob said to the boy who just lifted his head up, looking at Jacob who looked quite concerned.

Internally, Jacob was squealing around because Troye looked insanely adorable whenever he was in doubt or confused. It just made him look so pure and innocent.

"Teacher told me to read Romeo and Juliet. I did. People laughing at me. They mean. I cry so they just laugh more, very mean..." Troye said, trying to get his words together.

Jacob's heart melted as he heard the boy say that.

"Troye," Jacob said in a soft voice as he gave the boy a side hug and Troye just frowned.

"Troye, you do not need to worry about that, people are just rude and they are just , you should stop feeling bad about whatever they say," Jacob explained.

"They mean," Troye pouted.

"Its okay. I could just go and get some candy for you if you want?" Jacob offered.

"No, it okay," Troye said, stifling his sniffle and just wiping the end of his sleeve on his lips.

"You sure?" Jacob asked again.

"Y-yes, thank you, Jakey," Troye said immediately.

"Jakey?" Jacob asked to Troye.

"Nick name? You calling me Tro nickname so I calling you Jakey. You o-okay with it?" Troye asked.

"Y-yeah, its cute. Its cute," Jacob said, shaking his head as he escorted Troye outside the building of the school where Josh, Tyler and Connor were going to wait for them.

"You are cute," Troye said to Jacob as he poked his nose And then his cheek.

Jacob obviously had no idea and it was unexpected by him so he was taken aback with that.

"Why did you do that?" Jacob asked immediately, looking around to see whether anybody had watched it or not but the halls were empty so he was relieved.

"Because cute and fluffy," Troye giggled softly.

"Come on, now, we need to go and find the other boys, they are always a bit impatient," Jacob said with a small laugh.

Troye nodded quickly, taking Jacob's hand in his again and walking down the halls again, outside the school.

Troye was such a bubbly and adorable personality and Jacob could swear that anyone who would actually know him get attached to the short boy with the sweetest of laughs and the bluest of eyes.

"Here you guys are, we have been waiting for you for such a long time," Josh said as he watched Troye and Jacob arrive.

"It was Troye's first day so I was just making sure that he was alright and I went to get him from his drama class so uhm, we got late," Jacob replied.

"Jesus, we thought you both were just fucking in the bathroom stalls," Connor said as he got into the backseat of the car and Jacob's eyes widened as Josh and Tyler just snickered while they got in the driver's seat and the passenger seat of the car.

Jacob retrieved his hand back from Troye's immediately as he pushed Troye inside the car, making Troye confused as he got into the car as well.

"How could you guys even? I am straight and i also got a girlfriend," Jacob said.

"We were just joking, come on. Calm down, now," Connor said immediately.

Jacob just sighed, relaxing back into the seat of the car and just sighing.

And then, Josh turned on the car radio as a Taylor Swift song came on, making Troye immediately happy. He recognized the song.

But then, Josh just said,

"Ew, mainstream pop," and he just changed the station as Troye frowned again.

"Taylor is nice, I wanna hear," Troye mumbled to himself, hoping that nobody would have heard him but of course, Jacob had heard him.

He got his phone out and plugged the earbuds in as he went to his playlists and played 'Enchanted' by Taylor Swift. It was one of his favorite songs by Taylor.

He handed over one earbud to Troye who just looked at it as Jacob just  ushered him to take it but before Troye could even do it, Jacob himself tucked Troye's curl which was near his ear and pushed the earbud inside.

"There you go," Jacob said as Troye's eyes immediately lit up a bright blue on hearing Taylor's voice, almost letting out a small, cute squeal.

And Connor just watched them with a smirk as Jacob seemed to be too lost admiring the find expression on Troye's features.

The things he does for that boy.
