So I realized my problem with this story. It wasn't "me" anymore. Like any normal person, I've changed since I first began this. I'm not exactly and lively as I was and am now reserved. That's one reason why this story has been going slower.
Two: lack of original planning. I've been winging all of my works since the beginning, and that's starting to catch up on me. I now have a habit of thinking ahead but here I hadn't done so at all.
Three: Pace. This story had simply been going far too slow. I should be near Enies Lobby by now!
So my dear followers, I'm making a new book. Another rewrite. Sylviana's different, I'll admit, but in most aspects she's the same girl you know. I just think that living a few centuries would make a a bigger impact in character.
And I'm sorry to say, it will no longer be a pairing, but a sibling relationship between the captain and tactician. And since Zoro is my fav character, there's a strong bond between first mate, the captain, and his sister. I might even put Zoro's hometown on Dawn Island.
