He was thrown inside the gates of Alexandria, everyone armed and pointing a gun to him.
"Alice is in the back of the truck, he dug her up." Rick nodded and grabbed Negan only to throw him on the ground in front of someone, when he looked up, it was the widow.

She held Lucille in her hands, running her fingers over the wood, debating what to do. All she could do was think of Glenn, would he kill someone if they killed her? Of course he would. She took a deep breath and raised Lucille above her head before swinging at Negan's head. She let him lay there for a moment, letting his blood pour down his face and into his eyes. The pain he felt was unbearable, his body was screaming for her to finish him off. She wasn't finished, she swung again and just like Glenn, his  eye bulged out. He began to choke on his own blood, trying to find the strength to say something–anything.
"Is–that—all you got?" He gasped for air, as he could feel his heart beating slower and slower every minute. Maggie dropped the bat beside Negan and a tear streamed down her face.
    "Leave him."
        "What if he turns?"
"I'll handle it." Everyone began to migrate back to their homes, leaving Negan on the pavement, laying in his own blood. The gate behind him opened and someone was carrying Alice's body through the streets of Alexandria. Her hair was blowing in the wind, he reached out, wanting to be with her as he took his last breath.

The man stopped and turned, revealing Alice. "I'll never understand what she saw in you, but for her sake I'm going to do this." He bent down, laying her next to him. Negan reached out, running his finger down her pale, cold cheek.
"T—T—Thank Y—". That was when Negan's chest stopped rising and falling, his blank eyes were on Alice's face, his hand still touching her. Aaron bent down and picked up his sister, and continued to walk towards the graveyard, burying her in the grave that was once filled with guns.

"He's dead." He told Maggie as she began to walk towards his dead body, picking up Lucille. Daryl and Rick threw his body outside of Alexandria as a walker began to head towards his body. They shut the gate and watched as he was eaten, relief was in the air, the atmosphere had changed. They had won the war, this was the end.
