YES! Everyone is welcome to sign up and no, selection is not only based upon the number of followers you have, if you won a Watty, and/or if you are a Wattpad Star.
So, how do you sign up? It's simple! I'll post a sign up form for the next #WattpadBlockParty (Feb. 2018) at the end of this event (late August/early September). If you're interested in joining, be sure to fill it out! :)
