Alexander's Point of View

I woke up in my bed in the middle of the afternoon with a feeling like I had to be somewhere, but I didn't know where exactly. My head was spinning as I got out of the bed to see that I was already fully dressed and ready for the day.

Wondering if I went to sleep like that or I had already woken up for the day, I just shook my head and strolled into the hallway to find it empty which was not normal. Usually around this time, persons would be about their day but I guess not today.

For some reason, I felt as if I was forgetting something super important but I couldn't put my finger on it. My brain was just yelling at me to remember, but I guess I didn't know what it wanted me to remember.

Entering into the kitchen, I grabbed an apple from the fruit basket before heading on up to my office to see what needed to be done today. When I walked into my office, I was surprised to see the state it was in.

Books was all around the room, papers lying messily on my desk, many broken pens littered the floor. It was as if there had been a tornado in there as I saw most of my pictures on the floor with broken frames.

Not wanting to deal with this mess and the clean up process, I headed outside to the training grounds to see all my men there, but they weren't practicing. It seemed as if they were on the same level of confusion as me which just made my head hurt even more.

"What is going on here?" I asked using my Alpha tone although I didn't intend on using it. It was then I realized that my wolf wasn't being its annoying self today, which had me thinking.

"We just woke up and came here and our head is killing us," Jasper, my beta informed me as he placed his hands on his head.

I was about to ask him what was wrong when I felt it to. It was as if someone had just blown an extremely loud whistle inside my head and the high pitched sound was killing my eardrums as I placed my hands on my ear, but that didn't appear to help anything but make it worse.

I growled out in pain as I fell on the ground as I saw my men doing the same thing. Something was happening to us and I didn't have the slightest clue as to what was the cause behind it.

Suddenly, I could hear the screams of the women and children from inside the pack house but it quickly disappeared as soon as it came. I wanted to go check on up on them, but the ringing sound in my head just got louder.

As I tried to stand up, I felt my bones cracking as my wolf was now being forced to the surface and I was being pushed back with no say in the matter. This was the first time that I had been forced into shifting and my body was in excruciating pain since my bones was not ready to shift.

When it was all finally over, my wolf stood up on all fours and so did my men who had also shifted.

We didn't know what to do as we just howled to no one in particular, when the females came outside, also in wolf form but seemed to be hiding the young ones which had us all worried.

One by one they stepped aside and what we saw was something we didn't even no could happen.

All our young ones had somehow managed to shift into wolves as well and that wasn't supposed to happen. They wasn't of age to receive their wolves, but yet here they were standing in front of us, fully shifted.
