P.O.V. Grayson

I walk to the parking lot of the school where Carly said she would be.

'Hi Gray, I was wondering if you would come.' I nod, 'me too.'

'What do you want from me, Carly?' 'I want you back.' 'That ain't going to happen.' 'Why not, everything was so great when we were together!' 'Maybe for you it was.'

P.O.V. Maya

I walk to my car.

When I get outside, I see Carly with Grayson.

Her face gets closer to his, really close to his.

Don't kiss him, please don't kiss him.

Her lips touch his.

He doesn't even push her away. He doesn't even turn his head away.

I know it is my fault! He moved on, he is back with Carly.

I walk straight to my car and fast, I can't look at them.

P.O.V. Grayson

She pushes her lips onto mine. She holds me really tightly so I can't move.

When she removes her lips, I see Maya walking to her car.

What did I do...

She definitely saw it.

I get in my car and drive to her house.

I knock on the door.

'Hi Ma'am is Maya here?' I ask her mom. 'Yes she is upstairs, should I call her for you?' 'No it's fine, I'll go up.' She nods and tells me to come in.

I walk upstairs and open the door of her room.

She's laying on her bed, her head's on the pillow and she's sobbing.

'Maya?' 'Get out!' She immediately yells.

'Maya.' 'No, leave me alone!' 'I won't!'

She turns around and faces me.

'Why not? So you can hurt me even more?' 'No! Maya just listen for a second.'

She looks at me but doesn't say anything so I start talking.

'Carly and I, we were in a relationship a few months ago. I broke up with her because she cheated on me. Ever since that day she was trying to win me back. This kiss, that you saw, was her trying to hurt you, because I love you.'

'Well she hurt me pretty bad and so did you.' 'I am so sorry, Maya, she just-' She won't let me finish my sentence, 'no, I don't wanna hear it.'

She stands up from her bed and stands in front of me.

'Get out of my room, now.' 'But Maya, please.' 'No I don't wanna hear it anymore.' 'Maya I love you, even though you are not mine, I do love you and I want you to know that.'

She doesn't say anything.

'Please don't freak,' I say and I put my lips on hers.

She let me kiss her. She doesn't pull away or turned her head.

I pull back from the kiss, 'do you still want me to leave?' 'No, you can stay but I don't wanna hear anything about Carly.' 'Fine by me.'

We lay down on her bed.

'Just hold me,' she sobs while laying her head down on my chest.

I don't ask why she's sobbing. I just hold her.

Like she asked me to.
