The song that Aeri and Yoongi composed together was just the melody. Yoongi had written the lyrics for the song, thinking of Aeri.
So what is the song? It's Dead Leaves.
It describes Yoongi witnessing his first love collapse and crumble like the Dead Leaves. He's left alone loving her while Aeri has forgotten him.

He's stuck loving Aeri, but he knows her heart isn't with him anymore.
His love is withering and crumbling like the Dead Leaves that fell, Yoongi watching helplessly as he continued to love her, the girl who had forgotten him long ago.

It describes Jimin missing Sohye so much that he wishes to be free like a snowflake, so he can travel to her side.
