^This is what the waiter looked like^

I woke up to the sun beaming through the thin curtains in the hotel room. I got up to use the bathroom, and I realized that I never read the note. I looked in the mirror to see my hair all messy in a low bun. I took out the hair ties in my hair and I brushed it out.

I went back to the bedroom, and I picked up the note that the waiter gave me. It said the following...

Hey, sorry for the stuttering from when you ate at my pa's place. I was just shy and nervous to see a pretty girl my age. Ohh, God, I sound creepy now, so sorry, I'm not trying to be creepy. I messed it up. I just wanted to give you my number and Skype because you appeared to be such a kind and good person that would be great to get to know. Argh, I'm so awkward. Here is my Skype- BraylenVioLover. I'd love to chat sometime - Braylen

I quickly opened Skype and I entered his username. I sent him a text.

He seemed like a sweet guy, I decided that I would try to get to know him. I checked the date to realize that we only had two more days for vacation, so I woke up my mom and asked her if we could go to the beach.

"Mom!" I shook her. "Come on, mom," I groaned, putting my weight onto her.

"Urgh, no. I need more sleep."

"Wake up!" I whined. "We need to get to the beach before it crowds up." I began to shake her shoulders.

"Must. Sleep. Longer," my mom said groggily, pushing her face into her pillows that are cupped up with her arms.

"Please, mom."I gave up, deciding to lay on the bed while crossing my arms over my chest. I looked up at the blank white ceiling.

"Okay, okay. I'm gonna go get some coffee, wanna come with?" She looked up slightly and rubbed her face. We both got up and she stretched her arms above her head. I slipped on my sandals.

"Sure, I could go for some breakfast," I replied as we started walking out the door.

"Hey, guys! Wait for me!" Cameron yelled, unaware of the people who could probably hear us through the walls. "Rude," he muttered under his breath as he passed by me.
