he was just rolling on the floor.

I shook my head in confusion and payed attention to what Zach was saying to me.

Then I zoned out again.

I thought about how lucky I was to have these people in my life. All the good (and bad) memories we have together.

No matter how weird they were, or roll like a caterpillar on the floor, they were my family.

A family that likes to dress up as pirates and just be so fucking extra.

A family that tries to lighten the mood by singing the Dora the Explorer theme song.

A family that is complete chaos.

A family that I wouldn't trade for anything.

I smiled, happy that things were normal again.

Then, there was a knock on the door.
