"Baby?" I hear Kol say from the side of me.
I turn my head and he kisses me passionatey.
"Babe?" I ask.
"Yes?"
"What happened?"
"You...Eli.."
"What? Is he okay? What happened?"
"Eli is fine. You had him the night you fell into a coma."
"What? How long have I been asleep?"
"About 5 days."
"Is Eli okay?"
Kol nods and I let out a sigh of relief. Just then a nurse walks in and she smiles at me.
"Look who's finally awake. How are you feeling?" She asks.
"I'm feeling okay. Still a little tired. But I want to see my son, can I?" I ask.
"Of course. You had him about 2 weeks early so he's slightly small."
I nod and she leaves the room.
"He's beautiful." Kol says.
"Really? Who does he look like?" I ask.
"You'll see."
Just then the nurse walks in with a small little blue blanket and I sit up in the bed. Still sore because I had a C-section.
"Here you go. I'll leave you guys alone." She says laying him in my arms.
My face lights up when I look at my very tiny son. He slightly smiles and I feel a tear slide down my cheek.
"Kol..he looks exactly like you." I smile.
"I know."
"I love him more than anything already."
"I do too."
We smiled at eachother than looked back down at our beautiful son. Eli Kol Mikaelson.
