Amaani's P.O.V

"I expect silk saris of the finest laid out in front of me now. My bride will try them and I will see which one looks good." Vimal barks out the order and I roll my eyes.

He wants me to be his wife. I tried so, so hard to deny it. He either threatened to hurt the people I loved dearly or my kingdom, or me. I didn't want anything to happen. I don't understand, why isn't anything happening over in Idukki? Has Shana not actually made it out alive?!

Dear lord please help me! I don't know what to do! Please help Shana or Zacharias to help me, maybe a little bit quicker, I can't stand this no longer. Or if they can't, please help me think of a plan myself.

Maid come into the room holding a pile of saris, I remembered a few days ago one maid came in and took my measurements for some saris, however I didn't think it would be for a marriage, I thought it would for me just to wear around the palace for the time being, apparently not, ugh.

I notice one thing they all have in common, they are red. Wait, isn't that a Hindu tradition for the bride to wear red? No.

Panicking, I blurt out, "They are all red! I-I can't-"

Wait what am I even saying?! I don't and can't even get married to this idiot and I'm worrying about the colour of a stupid sari.

"Yes, my precious. They are red, it is essential for the ceremony." He casually replies.

"I'm not Hindu! I can't wear that for a wedding! I-I don't even want this marriage-"

Immediately he gets up with a ferocious look in his eyes and I stop speaking, terrified of him.

"You will be married to me to appease me, my witchy mother and the stupid kingdom people. Okay? No. More. Discussion." He grits out glaring at me and I look down submissively. My eyes water.

"Now..try that one on." He says pointing to a random matte red coloured sari with gold embroidery all over it. Sighing, I walk into the dressing room with a maid carrying the picked out sari and she helps me wrap it around myself. A tear slips out and I quickly wipe it away as I finally come out of the dressing room.

Frowning, I look at the ground not wanting to meet his eyes. I feel his intense gaze on me and his arrogant aura.

"Beautiful..so good..red does suit you like I thought, thank god for traditional colours." He says smirking, scanning my form. I wrap my arms around myself with watering eyes feeling conscious of my form. I feel so weak and exploited.

"Another one." He commands the maid as he points at another one. I repeat all the similar steps with the same reactions and degrading comments. After about six more saris, I try on the last one as I am fatigued and fed up.

I come out of the dressing room frowning at his pick. It has a dark red low back blouse with a string at the back of my neck and then a simple red sari wrap itself with a large gold border lining it. I sigh sadly.

As he gazes over me, his eyes swirl in countless emotions. His face is stoic with no expression. All he does is mumble to himself and then he finally talks out loud.

"Gorgeous, god. This is the one, goodness. Never have I seen such a beautiful woman in a sari before..wow. Aren't I lucky or what?" He exclaims oozing with confidence and dominance.

Not being able to hold back to tears anymore, I let go. Tears come falling down my face rapidly as I feel humiliated. Another man is saying things about me, when it should be my husband. Why..why dear lord, is such a person like this living?

"Servants, take away all the other saris and keep this one safely for the marriage. Along with the marriage chains. Also everyone of you out, I need to speak to my to be wife privately." He say authoritatively and instantly fear floods throughout me. No!, What is he planning to do?!
