Zacharias's P.O.V

Frustratedly, I bang my hands on the wooden desk. Ugh! I want my Queen back! I hope she's okay...god, Amaani, I miss you so much...

"Your majesty, please do not stress so much, this is unhealthy for your mind." One of the advisors say and I hiss.

"At least your wife is still at home waiting for you! Unharmed!" I roar at him and he quivers. I run my hand through my hair angrily.

As I walk off, I see my mother looking at me frowning and then all of a sudden I can't help my feet making myself walk towards her. My mother cups my face lovingly and then pulls me into a beautiful motherly hug. Oh, I love my mother.

"T-thank you mother." I stumble out and she smiles replying gently, "Don't worry son, I can think how hard this must be for you and for Shana."

I ask, "The Royal Advisor is still at Idukki looking after the kingdom right? I heard the Kingdom people are starting to get annoyed and panicked."

"No, one of Amaani's relatives have taken the throne for temporary time." My mother answers and I nod.

"Don't worry son, we have a plan. It's going to work, with the Lord's help." She says smiling reassuringly.

(A/N- Aren't mothers the best? Aww, I love them! ❤️)

Nodding, I relax a little and my mother begins to walk off to do her own usual royal duties. However it is interrupted by a high pitched yell.

"Queen Abraham! Zacharias! Oh, thanks to the Lord! Look what we just received! Ah!" Shana yelps crying in, I'm not sure happiness or sadness.

"What is it?" My mother says turning back around and walk back where I am.

"Look at it for yourself, I'm absolutely nervous and excited." Shana says ecstatically. I arch an eyebrow suspiciously. She hands over the scruffy looking roll of paper, it has messy handwriting as if it was rushed and I can somewhat read it, it's mostly in Tamil though.

"Some words are hard to understand, could we get a translator, or a scholar to read it? How do you know about it Shana?" I ask confusedly.

She smiles shrugging, "just look where it came from though!"

I look at the back of the scroll and see a stamp of a crest along with writing:

A letter from the Grand and Lavish State Of Kanya Kumari, with best wishes from the Royals.

Interesting, so is it a Royal who has written this, as I skim over the letter, I recognise a lot of words since I have studied Tamil over a long period of time, but my interpretation may not be correct. So I'll get a proper scholar to read this.

Wait how did they know we were here, I mean me yes, obviously but Shana? Hmm. I cautiously ask, "Shana, how did they know you were here, I saw your name within the text."

She looks at the text and then gasps saying, "Ah, I got the letter as it was delivered from Idukki."

"What?" I asked confused.

"The letter was addressed to the Kingdom of Idukki, so they think that I'm there at the moment. When the Royal Advisor over there received this letter, he immediately sent this over here, I think they got it presumably a day and half ago and sent it the same day they got it. Thank god they did!" She rambles on and I nod grateful.

After a few minutes a scholar arrives and reads through it and smiles. He begins to speak as he roughly translates it into Malayalam.

"So..uh, To Princess Shana or whoever is currently in important position in Idukki. In this letter there is some important information and I would advise clearly reading about it and especially do NOT send a reply or response back, that would endanger both me and Amaani."
