Zhaira came into the store exhausted and panting.
"Huyy! Hinahabolkanaba ngpulis this time?"
Greeted by Zach as he follows her to her favorite corner.
"Oh please Zach can you just give me something to drink?"
"Alright. Princess"
He gave her a bottle of water and laughingly watched her devoured its content.
"You really are weird these days"
"Oh, tell me more something I don't know about myself please"
Zach sat across her.
"First, ilang araw ka nang hindiumiinom at lasing. Second? Ang aga mo, 10pm pa lang ah"
"It's just I'm bored"
"Bored? You are bored. So dapatlagikang bored para tubiglanginiinommo"
"Fine! I saw Raul earlier down town"
"Here we go again"
"No! Not what you think it is. I was just driving around town and I happen to see him exiting a motel! Can you believe it?"
"Pfft. What's the big deal?"
"He's cheating on me"
"You broke up already"
"Still! He is a cheater"
"Was that the reason for your breakup?"
"Don't tell me you're on his side na pointing out my lacking and all that stupid excuse just to get away with his cheating"
"I'm not. I'm just asking you kung siguradokaba. Nayunngaang reason"
"Well. No, I am not. Actually ngayon lang nga pumasok sa isip ko yun eh. All along I was thinking naako talaga ang may problema. Well growing up ako naman talaga lagi eh, remember?"
"Lahat naman ng relasyon may pagkukulang. Akhit anong klasing mukha pa ng relasyon yan. So why are you panting again? Nahulikaba niya?"
"I followed him all day"
"YOU STALKED HIM?"
"Of course not! Well, technically I supposed but hey, I am just curious no! anglayo ng condo niyaditobakitsa motel ?Ayun! Lumabas ako ng kotse and followed him around and guess what I happened to bumped with..."
"With?"
"Ahm"
"With whom?"
"Uhm... A lot of people" Drinks more water
"Liane"
She stared at him to her surprise that Zach knew.
"Well.. Zach"
"Don't worry. She told me earlier"
"So you know that she's not in those team building?"
"Well, she said napospone"
"And you believed her?"
"Why? Is there anything wrong about trusting your partner?"
"Nothing, of course"
Zach stood up to continue his work for the night.
"Zach!"
"Yes?" He looked back
"Just, just guard your heart"
"Zhaira, I'll give you coffee alright? But Thanks anyway, I will"
