I groan as an unwanted call comes through and sigh before answering.

"Yeah, Drex?"

"How's my money coming along?"

"I gotta do a pick up and then transport some stuff in a couple days. I should have around forty g's."

"You better, remember it's your life."

"I'm aware. Is that all?"

"Yeah, that's all. Just checking in."

I end the call and roll my eyes while letting out a deep breath. I run my hands down my face and lay back on the bed. Now that that's over, what can I do today? Mani's out with the kids and here I am bored off my ass. I rest my head on my arm and text Kehlani.

Me: Hoe
