Yu-Rhi's POV

["Boss?"]

"Dave? What is it?" I asked and yawned.

Fuck! I want to sleep. I badly need it but I have to finish some things. I'm excited to go back to the Philippines.

["Boss, sorry to disturb you. But we're too late."]

I sat upon hearing those. Fuck.

"Report clearly."

["Sorry boss. We're at the abandoned apartment boss and... no one's here."]

"What?!" I snapped and stood from my swivel chair. "There should be someone."

["No one boss."]

"Maybe you scared him. Baka akala niya kayo'ng kaaway niya."

["Boss, we didn't. In addition sir... we're late."]

"I can't understand you Dave god damn it!" I cursed. "Clear things out! What's with you?"

["Boss, we arrived here and searched for him but we only found some unfinished foods on a table inside an abandoned apartment here. And sir... there was trail of blood, and gunshots."]

Fuck.

"What time is it?"

["7:47 boss."]

"Abandon the area NOW."

["Yes boss."]

I put off the call and dialed ZEM's number for thousand of times but he didn't answer his fucking phone!

Fuck what will I do?! And why am I this worried?! I hate this. Puta parang may hindi maganda mangyayari... o nangyari.

"Ethan!" I called the moment I entered the house.

Tang nang 'yon asan na?!

"Sir?"

I faced the maid. "Where the hell is Ethan?"

"He, he's upstairs sir."

"Why are you so nervous? Did something happen?" I asked.

Na beast mode na naman ba si ZEM at ganito ang itsura ng mga kasambahay niya?

No one answered so I just ran to their room.

I opened the door and saw him standing in front of Elaine who's lying on the bed.

"What happened?" I asked.

"You're out of it." He said before facing me. "She just slept."

Tsk. Wala akong tiwala Ethan.

I towered over Elaine and I knew she'd gone through hell.

I immediately grabbed ZEM's collar and pinned him to the wall.
