Sorry if the spelling is off for the Dutch. I used a translator so bare with me please :)

Chapter 3
[Marie's POV]
"Oh SHIT!" I nearly scream as I scramble to hide myself more, which is extremely hard considering this place is so tiny. Without hesitation, I tear my blankets from my bed and quickly wrap them around me like I'm a human burrito. I keep my head down, too embarrassed to do otherwise.
A resounding chorus of chuckles echoes out of my roommate and her family, causing my face to buzz with even more embarrassment. "Alright ma, pa I think we've embarrassed the poor girl enough. Let's leave. I'll show you around later, yeah? Tot straks (see you later)." Both of her parents nod, speaking in a language I can't understand. After they both gave her 3 kisses on the cheek, they quickly scurry out of our room like their asses were on fire, wide grins plastered on their faces.
Right now all I want to do is fall face flat on my mattress and scream. Not because I exposed nearly all of my bare body to Ethan just a few seconds ago, but also because of the fact that I met my roommate and her parents in nothing but a thin towel between their eyes and my valuables. Yeah, definitely a good first impression.
"Hey," my roommate greets in a strong, probably European, accent, holding out her hand. She's a short girl, 5 foot 2 with shoulder length bright blue almost light green hair. Her round green eyes stick out like a sore thumb, a beautiful sore thumb nonetheless. The girl has curves, but hides them with an oversized sweater with a picture of a chocolate chip cookie and a glass of milk. The milk has an air bubble directed towards the cookie, it reads: Drink me.
Never seen that one before.
I shyly and quite awkwardly mumble a quick 'sup', popping the 'p' while struggling to squeeze my hand out of my blanket to take her hand in a gentle shake.
"Marie Haltz, Journalism major."
"Dympna Barzee, but you can call me Dym. And for the moment I am...well, as you would call 'undecided'." Claudia giggles. Her bright radiant smile seemed to brighten the room.
Well turns out I actually get a roommate that I like. Thank you God!
"Well, Dym. I'm really happy to meet you and not some creep who might kill me in my sleep." I accidentally slip out. Ugh! Why did I just say that, now she's gonna think I only want her as my roommate so I won't die or worse...live in a pig sty. Not exactly worse, but still.
Dym shakes her head, "I do not plan to kill you or anyone else." She clarifies, putting her hand over her heart as if hearing such a thing is just horrifying.
I shrug my shoulder, 'It's better safe than sorry, I guess.' I think to myself.
"Would you like for me to leave you alone so you could get dressed?" My roommate politely asks, I nod thankfully.
Her pink lips pull up into a sweet smile, "Okay, I'll just be right outside the door and maybe after we can go for a run?"
"A run?"
"Yeah, like to get to know each other?" She says as if it's the most obvious reason.
Why would she want to go for-Oohhh! I laugh lowly, "You mean a walk?"
She opens her mouth to correct me but quickly shuts it once she realizes her mistake. Her cheeks slowly turn the brightest shade of pink I've ever seen anyone turn.
Awww! She's like a little puppy!
"Sorry," Dym laughs nervously, playing with the hem of her shirt.
