Hey guys I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for all the support for my first book and the sequel to a turtle's self doubt. We wanted to talk to you guys about the inspiration behind a turtle's self doubt. The inspiration behind my story is a tmnt story called My own self worth. And it's amazing. My brother and I love reading this story. So please check this story out. My own self worth is a Mickey centered fic (there was no Mikey's love interests in it but there was in the squel). The events in the story had insried my story. However I didn't just wanted to do a Mikey fic but I wanted to add a Shinigami backstory plus a Mikey×Shinigami mixed into the story. I had three elements to balance out. It was a little hard but I manged to blance them in the story. I just wanted to explore Shinigami's past because we didn't know a lot about her, I loved the end result of what we can up with. I didn't expect to make a squel to this but so many loved it I decided to write the first story with a bit of a cliff hanger so it would countine from there. In My self worth Mikey actually gets really badly hurt by the Shredder. He actually gives Mikey brain damage and poor Mikey stutters through the rest of the story. It's very emotional to read to see poor Mikey go through that so in my story Mikey just got Captured and almost muntanted but unharmed. We are so glad you guys love the squel and we get to add some humor into it and were exited to what's to come next. Thank you guys so Much for all the support 😊
