The next morning I got up a bit earlier seeing as I had to be there for the kids first class. Once there I made myself comfortable in the back of the room and waited as kids filed in.
"Ms. Kurokawa? What are you doing here?" Midoriya asked as he walked in
"Ah, I'll explain when everyone's here" I said and he nodded, still looking at me curiously. Everyone was seated by the time Aizawa came in and he immediately locked eyes with me and let out a little sigh.
"Before I explain what we will be doing today I'm sure you all already noticed Ms. Kurokawa is here, thats because of the break in yesterday. Although it was just the press, they managed to make it past our security so she will essentially be an extra guard to make sure you students are safe." He said, his tone of voice as lazy as usual.
"That being said, todays training will be a little different. You'll have four instructors; me, All Might, Ms. Kurokawa and another faculty member will be keeping tabs on you" He said earning a few surprised murmurs
"Sir what kind of training is this?" Sero asked quickly
"Rescue, you'll be dealing with natural disasters, shipwrecks, stuff like that" He said holding up a little card that had 'rescue' written in blue letters. Several small conversations broke out and I watched as Aizawa's face went from tired to extremely tired in an instant
"Guys I'm not finished yet, what you wear in this exercise is up to you. I know your excited about costumes, but keep in mind that you haven't gotten used to them yet and that might limit your abilities. This special training is at an off campus facility so well be taking a bus to get there. That's all, start getting ready" He said, meandering towards the door to make his leave. I smiled faintly as most of the kids walked over to grab their costumes.
"How come you were put in charge of watching us.. I mean aren't you going to get tired of sitting in your classes everyday?" Ochako asked, bringing my attention to the brown haired girl clutching her costume case to her chest
"I don't mind, you kids are really interesting so it might be kinda fun for me. Plus nothing is more important than your safety and I for one would risk life and limb to keep you guys safe" I said, standing up and grinning down at the surprised looking girl.
"You guys should get ready, we are leaving soon" I said, glancing at the rest of the girls leaving to go change in the locker room
"Alright" She said lightly, waving as she jogged over to the other girls. I made my way to the front of the school where the bus and Aizawa were already waiting.
"This should be exciting" I said lightly, clapping my hands together and looking up at Aizawa whos face stayed as passive as ever. I puffed out my cheek and fell back on the balls of my feet looking up at him
"Shouldn't All Might be here?" He asked and I froze slightly from surprise.
"Oh yeah" I murmured, looking around but also trying to smell him
