I woke up to the feeling of something warm pressed up against my body and I momentarily stiffened, my tired brain slowly figuring out what was going on and when I remembered what had transpired the night before I grinned widely and softly slipped my hand in to the one that was hanging loosely over my waist. I absently ran my fingers over his surprisingly soft hand, enjoying every single detail of what was happening. The sound of Shota's slow breathing behind me, the warmth of his chest against my back, the dim light of the room as the sun just barely peaked over the buildings surrounding the apartment and the soft purring coming from somewhere towards the bottom of the bed.. This was something I could definitely get used to. I was facing the window so I contentedly watched the sun slowly rise over the buildings for a bit, silently happy Shota was sleeping in as much as he was at the moment.. Normally he was up at the crack of dawn.
"Morning" I jumped slightly at the sudden sound of his groggy voice in my ear and I smiled feeling his hand grip mine tightly for a moment
"Good Morning" I murmured, rolling over to face him. His eyes were still shut and his hair was a bit messier than the usual but he couldn't have looked any more perfect in my eyes. I brushed a few of his long strands of hair from his face and ran my fingertips over his stubbly cheek.
"Sleep well?" I asked and a small smile twitched at his lips as he peaked open a eye to look at me
"Yes actually" He said, his eye wandering over my shoulder to look at the window. His other eye opened and his eyes widened as he looked out the window
"What?" I asked worriedly as I twisted slightly to look out the window but nothing was odd
"It's light outside" He said and I smiled slightly up at him as he propped himself up on one arm
"Yeah, you slept like two and a half hours longer than you normally do" I said, looking at the clock on the bedside table. When I didn't get a response I looked back up at Aizawa who was still looking slightly over me but his eyes were just staring at the clock I had just been looking at
"You okay? Did you sleep too long?" I asked a bit worried but I let out a squeek when he dropped down over me, wrapping his lanky arms around my waist
"Im fine, and no.. I think that's the best sleep I've had in years" He murmured against my shoulder and I smiled wrapping my arms over his body
"I'm glad" I said lightly, leaning my head against his
"We have the day off what do you want to do?" I asked quietly and he hummed throughtfully
"Whatever you want, although I do think Hizashi is planning to go out for dinner and drinks with some of the teachers tomorrow" He said and I smiled
"Sounds fun" I said lightly and he chuckled
"You are the newest one of us though, so you may be coerced into a drinking competition.. HIzashi made Snipe do it too" He said and I smiled
"I can't wait to kick his butt, I outdrank my dad one time" I said and he pulled his head from my shoulder to look at me with surprise shining in his dark eyes
