10:59pm: I just spit up blood after brushing my teeth but it's been a long time since I spit up blood from that from any gum problems. I have kept my teeth perfectly clean along with heathy gums. A minute or two later I got loud ringing in my hear, nausea, and a headache so I said goodnight to everyone I was texting and went to sleep.
