-TRIGGER WARNING-
6:04pm: I started have hard coughing fits for 10 minutes straight every 5 minutes. It was almost like I was chocking or drowning. I was laying in the dark as well.
6:10pm: I've been having a strong urges to bring back my self harm scars.
10:12pm: I was out on a walk and down a dark road under a street light I saw a black figure run the disappear into the darkness. Then once we got to the street lights they shut off and the figure was no where to be seen. I started coughing hard again. After a little my phone started to glitch.
10:30pm: We we're walking back and I saw another black figure down the road and it disappeared again.
