Strangers

We were strangers,
Bumped in the hall of busy chatters.
Your smile held me,
All I did was blush.
You talked about thousand topics,
All I heard was your laugh.
The first time you held my hand,
Dropped me to the class,
I still feel the tingles along.
You sat with me during lunch,
I can't stop my heart from going thump.
The day we sat by the wood core,
You told me I was perfect in my messy way.
The days passed by and then weeks,
Everything was excellent with you and me.
The next day you brought my world down,
You told me you found a girl of your dreams.
My eyes looked at you,
Maybe just for truth.
You asked me what was wrong,
I hugged you tight as this was goodbye.
My love for you is not selfish,
I left your hand for her to hold.
You asked me which flowers to buy,
Roses you were holding,
Thorns was I.
Every conversation that was ours drifted to her,
You really are in love with her.
I can't stop you,
How could I?
Maybe our story has been just a starting,
You got an ending with her.

This poem is story of every other person. How many times in life we have liked our friends, best friends or someone really close but are never returned with those similar feelings. It hurts really, but we take it upon ourself to deal with it, it makes us strong real tough.

This is one my favourite peoms ever written by me because I think this is everyone's story.

Making yourself leave a person for he being happy defines love. If you did right you loved him and even if you didn't love him more to let go.

This chapter is dedicated to -ItzMochi-. An amazing poet and more than awesome person.

Also I just woke up today to #124 in poetry. This is totallly insane. I can't tell you how happy and greatful I am for this.
